FedEx OnSite is located inside a Walgreens. The manager is quick and efficient, processing returns in minutes and following up with timely texts. When open, lots of people are working and customers get help in and out in minutes. However, the posted opening time is not reliable. Customers report arriving when the sign says it is open to find the store not open and packages piled by the door. This has caused multiple people to try the door and walk away. The sign must be changed to reflect the accurate hours.

Aquan, the manager at Walgreens was quick to have my return order, processed and followed up with a timely text to inform me it had been accepted. I was only in the store a few minutes. I never knew how efficient FedEx could be.
