Horrible customer service. I had a shipping label that just needed to be printed. The lady refused to scan it and print it. This is why I usually us UPS

Aquan, the manager at Walgreens was quick to have my return order, processed and followed up with a timely text to inform me it had been accepted. I was only in the store a few minutes. I never knew how efficient FedEx could be.

I had to go the 3 times sign said it opened up at 8:30...got there at 9 package piled by door store was not open...same day went back at 10 still not open and more packages by the door...I went back 4 days later at 11 it was finally opened...lots of people working in and out in minutes...must change sign I saw 5 people try the door and walk away...

Unhappy employees at this location who are more interested in telling you what they cannot do for you than suggest reasonable options. This experience is not isolated to one instance at this store. I much prefer to go to a UPS store where I have received superior customer service. If you have to use FED EX, avoid this store.
