When I first arrived, one of the employees assisted me and she was extremely kind and helpful. Later, I needed help adding funds to my FedEx card, and unfortunately, the experience was very different with another employee. She was noticeably rude, and although I understand the location was busy, there was no reason for that behavior. I eventually figured it out myself and added funds to my debit card to complete my printing. What was most frustrating was that even though it was my turn, she skipped over me to assist others. It’s disappointing to encounter this type of service, especially when other staff members are capable of being so helpful.

I brought an irregular sized object for shipping. First I brought it to USPS, and it is cheaper at FedEx than USPS, but The person behind the desk measured it to be much larger than it actually was, and was not receptive when I pointed this out when I noticed it prior to payment. Not cool.

I had a huge project due at work and was stressed out about it. The staff were so helpful in assisting me with my overwhelming print job. Very patient and professional. Everything came out great and it was also very affordable.

I’ve always had great experiences here, the customer support is unmatched. On my last visit, I spoke with Jonathan, and I was satisfied with how quickly I was in and out. Great establishment!

A staff member took offense when I declined her suggestion to select the $10 option; I was making a single copy and preferred the $5 option. She physically prevented me from making my selection. I immediately instructed her not to touch me. She then escalated the situation, requesting the assistant manager's intervention, implying a need for him to defend her actions. He sided with her, concluding that I was at fault. While I may have been wrong in their perception, I maintain that no one should dictate my spending choices, nor should physical contact be tolerated in a professional setting. The assistant manager (identified by his name tag but acting as a manager) was unhelpful and discourteous. I strongly advise patronizing a different establishment to avoid similar unprofessional and unacceptable conduct.
UPDATE: the store charged me both amounts, $5 and $10 in separate transactions.

I messed up my own résumé and cut off part of the margin on the left-hand side and actually submitted 10 prints foolishly at the self print chaos. I brought it up to the employee Robert and he was amazing. He was able to reprint them correctly. I was extremely grateful and his willingness to help was refreshing.

Self service works great! And they have a nice selection of papers to print on, and tools (e.g., paper cutting board).
