I went to return a pair of shoes that I had purchased. The email that I had was not working and fortunately Darlene stepped in to help me. She solved the issue with my email, printed everything promptly, and repacked my item properly. She is as capable as she is charming, a rare pairing in customer service. She made an annoying issue with the seller into a very pleasant task. I greatly appreciate her assistance and commend her and the office for the efficiency of the interaction

Truly the best and kindest people work here. They are always so patient and helpful; whether I’m shipping something or have a print project. I’m so grateful and impressed by their staff!

I normally have a great experience with the women who work here. Very patient and funny like I think my favorite is named Darlene. I called today however and a guy answered. I couldn't catch his name but I couldn't get a word out because he kept interrupting me and it sounded like he was in a hurry to get me out, this worries me as I am on a deadline and am worried without him listening to what I wanted exactly the project was not going to be completed correctly. Please train your staff to be a little more patient, I am here often spending hundreds of dollars a month on prints and with this service I'm considering shopping elsewhere.

Pick another option. I paid to deliver something and for a return label. It got delivered the first time and weeks later, I got an invoice in the mail that i had to pay 3 times more because they were trying to charge me for transportation back to m; fuel, print another label, and a residential charge. The main lady never mentioned any of this when I bought a shipping label and return label. I paid that thinking I was going to finally get my package delivered but no, customer service said it was delivered to me, I checked the date on my ring camera and no one came by for that day. I asked if they took a picture of the porch when they dropped it off and they said the person that sent it back to you would have to do a claim for you to get any of that info. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dora made this a pleasure. I had multiple boxes going to multiple addresses. Some items needed packing. I made two visits to FedEx to ship it all and spent over $700. Dora made sure to get everything right. She even got it organized so I could leave, and she then put final labels and such on everything, which saved me time. A totally great experience, and I’d visit FedEx first again in the future because of it. (Thanks, Dora!)

Absolutely horrible experience with representative Allan. I came in with a prepaid Walmart QR code and a separate warranty return on a piece of clothing. He claimed the original shipping box was ‘damaged’ and said that he could not accept it so he tried to get me to buy a new box that was going to be $25. I told him that I was not going to purchase a new box and would contact Walmart to seek guidance on how to get them the item. Then, after he had me fill out the return label on the envelope for the piece of clothing, he said that since it was over 800 miles the ‘economy’ shipping was $18. I told him that I will just wait to ship it when I can get to the Post Office since I have used their flat rate envelopes for $8. I thanked him and grabbed my items to walk out the door. Allan stopped me and informed me that since he had me write the return address on the envelope that he would have to charge me for the envelope that he just threw in the trash. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. I will not be returning to this location.

Definitely recommend This Fedex store they are quick and so helpful, everyone in the store was kind and knowledgeable. Cherise is such an amazing lady she went above and beyond to help me, while I was printing I saw her help others and she treated everyone with respect!

After placing my order online I was contacted shortly after letting me know it was ready for pick up. Upon arrival I was greeted, welcomed and assisted almost immediately. Sadly after further inspection by myself and Danielle I realized I had incorrectly formatted my files… but the day was saved by Cherise who helped me reformat, test copy and eventually print my files better than I could have expected! I’m not sure where I or my business would be without Cherise, Danielle, Alan and all of the amazing staff at this FedEx location!

Such an incredible ripoff charging a service fee for the employee to help you when their self serve plotter is down. At least the employees are nice enough and after spending almost $10 and $10 hold I was able to get my large black and white paper printed.
