If I could give zero stars I would. I have call tags for an order from one of my vendors. I tried to take the boxes to the FedEx on Menaul to drop off to ship and the guy at the register a tall, bald guy said that they couldn’t print the shipping labels. I’m like ain’t that what yall do is ship items from here and he said yeah but they couldn’t do it. I had 4 big boxes mind you it is 100 degrees outside. So I had to reload and call customer service to schedule pick up. When I called customer service and talked to a guy named Miquel who was super helpful he informed me that they are able to print out the shipping labels there. I created an incident report and will be calling corporate next.
I have had some of my employees and also my husband go up there and we all have experienced the same service from the same guy. I hate to play the race card but I am starting to believe that he is racist. Because why every time one of my employees go up there who happen to be black they are treated with the same none helpful attitude.
FedEx I really hope you make this right with this man because this is beyond having bad customer service. I shouldn't have to drive all the way to Renaissance to get help with packages to avoid this man. Especially when my business is right down the street. Imagine how many of us are avoiding him.

I went here to make copies and left my SS card in the machine, then called and confirmed it had been left there. The person on the phone let me know that I could bring my ID in and pick it up, and did not mention any type of timeline or deadline to get it. I didn’t have time before travels so I waited two weeks, then came back to find out “they destroy documents after 7 days,” so my SS card was “destroyed.” Obviously life happens sometimes, so PLEASE inform people who have left important documents with you that there is a 7-day policy. Thank you.

This FedEx Office gets it done. I am in here several times a week. The service is top notch. Today I thought they made a mistake with a print job. Nope. It was me. My highest recommendation for the excellent service.

I mail a lot packages at fed ex and today the Manager Chris was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely recommend visiting somewhere else to send packages.

worked with an employee last minute last night to get a package out and spoke with Chris today to make sure it made its way out with me incorrectly labeling. Team is very friendly and helpful. Surprised by the 2.8 star rating.

The manager Chris was so helpful and patient, not just to me but while I was there waiting for a different company to send me the correct shipping labels I witnessed him go above and beyond for two separate customers and you could tell it really made their days.
Really glad an annoying shipping situation on my end was made smoother and less annoying by Chris.

I came the morning of 12/19/24 and there was just one employee holding down the whole store. She was amazing! She managed to attend to all the customers, she was multitasking and working efficiently to help us all. She was able to help me out. Thanks for your help!

Came to mail back a package a month ago, package came back to me twice both times I went back. Was charged every single time, this is not okay! Hopefully I don’t get the package back again.

RIP OFF - scam! This location insists on repacking in their own purple FedEx packaging, even if you have a prepaid label and bring an item in that is ready to ship. For whatever reason, this FedEx Office location claims you must pay them to repackage your prepaid shipments, regardless of how sturdy the box is you bring in, if it isn't in their FedEx boses. Today, I had a double-boxed item and the outer box was a super-heavy-duty triple-layer commercial packing box (better than anything they had on the shelf), yet they claimed "FedEx Office" policy doesn't accept prepaid return packages unless you let them box it up in their own outer box that they sell at crazy high prices.
The item inside my package that they refused was literally double-boxed and the outer box the employees had an issue with was a TRIPLE LAYER shipping box with reinforced corners, again: so much better than any of the cheap purple cardboard boxes they wanted to repackage it in.
I think this location is a scam, I have never had this experience anywhere else and recommend you AVOID this location to avoid getting ripped off by whatever excuse they come up with to charge you.
The worst part? Because of the delays they caused my item will likely be late now, as I had to drive across town to a different location which had an earlier cut-off for pickup. Choosing this location resulted in a ruined day for me, an hour or more of wasted time and fuel due to the extra stop, and a bad experience for the customer I'm shipping this to -- who is going to get the item late now.
I had such a bad experience with this FedEx location I likely will stop offering FedEx shipping as an option, as the scammers behind the counter here left a terrible taste in my mouth. Read the other reviews if you think I'm exaggerating, this did not just happen to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
