Been to this location multiple times to ship and print things. Staff is helpful and nice. It can get randomly busy so there can be a line sometimes. Never had an unpleasant experience here.

If you are in need of Fedex Office services in Albuquerque New Mexico, you will not find a better team and shop than the people located at 6220 San Mateo Blvd NE, Suite E. Look no further. Make them your regular destination.I don't normally write reviews--I think I've done 2 in the last decade. THESE PEOPLE are simply the best. They provide tremendous service, answer all of your questions thoroughly and courteously, and are genuinely friendly. But beyond any of that, they actually care about their customers! When's the last time you heard or experienced that?We were visiting Albuquerque from out of state, and these guys helped us track down a "missing" ground shipment that the Fedex tracking system could not find. It all came down to an error that I had made with the tracking number. But they took the time to examine ALL OF THE DETAILS surrounding our transaction and figured out exactly what had happened. And that led them directly to the location of our package, which was safely on it's way to it's intended destination, and had been all along.Do yourself a favor and make this shop your regular Fedex Office shop! You'll be glad you did!

This is the BEST FedEx printing location. I frequently go to this store even though others are closer since they are always kind and can print whatever I need quickly!

They refused to ship a package because the employee didn’t like the way the address was formatted, but there is a city ordinance that will return deliveries in the area I’m shipping to unless they are formatted a very specific way.

Went there for a passport photo. Tre was awesome and the whole process took less than 5 minutes.

For all the thousands I have spent at this Fed Ex Office, "Trey" was very rude. Called to ask if they have white paper tape and how much. Trey was lazy: said they have it and was guessing between $3.99 ND $7.99. Asked if he could see how many he has for sale and how much. He kept me on hold 20 minutes. I hung up and called back. Trey answered the phone. I asked if he was able to see how many white paper tapes for sale and how much. Trey said he was with a customer and I would just have to wait. I told Trey I am a customer Trey put the phone on an indefinite hold hold again. Who does Trey think the customers are? I drove all the way over from the westside. There were no cover up tapes for sale. The one on the counter next to the copier was half gone. I asked Trey if I could have that since he lied on the phone and said he had three. He said "no."

Came in to do binding, and laminating, and won’t be returning. Needed a lamination sleeve to fit my items in so I could see how many sheets I would end up needing, and laminating, but wasn’t allowed to until I made my purchase, but I couldn’t make the purchase til I knew how many sheets I needed. It is true, you can’t fix stupid. That on top of the Divas who don’t greet customers when they walk in unless you know, your a favvvvv, I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

I'm a clueless dinosaur who needed several things, the store was crazy busy, and Tito proactively helped and gave exemplary customer service to myself and everyone. He is amazing and I'm very grateful.

I don't know why I even bother going to this location. They have the absolute worst service. It's always "oh we can't". Poor attitudes. Avoid this place! It's horrible!

Staff is extremely rude! Not helpful at all. I try and be understanding. Things happen. When the staff is like this all the time its difficult. Not just to me everyone in the store. Maybe try another location.
