It took one hour, to get a very simple printing job done. I wouldn't come back here, the staff seems to not be trained properly. This is the second time I've had to wait a crazy amount of time just to get things printed. I always use different FedEx locations for printing and its mind-blowing that something that should of took 10 minutes took 1 hour. Horrible service

I am so unbelievably angry, I was waiting to receive a very important package. I look when it says it was delivered and the guy took a picture of my package in front of the wrong apartment with no apartment number in the photo below. Now it’s no where to be found and I needed it quickly. I’ve had so many issues with fed ex, it’s unbelievable.

This FedEx is a scam. Don’t return an item with them; they’ll charge you for an extra box. They always find a way to make you pay for something, even for a simple return. If you need to return an item through FedEx, contact the company directly to have it returned through another carrier. This is the second time I’ve returned an item in its original box, and they still managed to charge me for another box.

Me and my boyfriend were trying to get passport pictures and the staff were suuuuper kind and super helpful with us, always trying to make us feel great !! Loved their energy !!

The last time we used this facility we received good service but on 04/22, service was less than exemplary. We were told that they wouldn't insure our package. The clerk, Margot, was extremely rude.

Slow as molasses, unhelpful employees, and way overpriced!!!
After waiting 30 minutes to print a 1 page document, I then
had to pay $20 for a $0.21 print job!!! (Being forced to put $20 on account someplace I have no plan to ever go back to is extortion!) Since there was NO option to pay cash, this was a RIP OFF!!!

Every single time I come here, without fail, just to drop off a package for a receipt, the employees pretend like they dont see you and won't help. They clearly don't work well together and are too petty to be the one to help the customer. It's absolutely unacceptable that I should have to wait when they're clearly not busy. It's always the same two people. Please address this issue!!

Took my Mom there to make copies. The employee who helped her was very nice and patient and made the copies for her. This FedEx store is very clean and organized. All the employees are very helpful and nice.

Rude and couldn’t find my package twice. Two different visits. Then they send me 25 mi away to get it just to be sent back to the Juan Tabo fed ex. Finally got my package 2.5 hrs later after 3 visits , 25 mi of driving, $5 of gas and two hours of lost work. How incompetent can you be.

The line for the counter was kinda long, but because my package already had a label I was able to use their self serve machine. I just scanned my package, got a receipt and placed my package in the drop box. Easy!
