Megan was the person that helped me. While waiting in line, I noticed how wonderful she was totge previous customers. She would advise them not to throw away their tracking receipt until they were notified package was received. When people said thank you, she stated that it was her pleasure. She printed out flyers for me and also helped me with having postcards printed through your website. Megan was absolutely WONDERFUL. I am giving her the highest score rating for professionalism and personalism.

Just went to print and scan some documents. Arlis helped me with everything was flawless. The entire staff was great, inviting and made me feel comfortable during business with them. The best experience ever.

Management, if you're reading this, give Arlis a merit increase, bonus, raise, extra PTO, something! When he helped me, he had a positive attitude. He helped me find the best price and box to send my christmas gift to my friend. Admist it all, he had to deal with a very entitled, rude customer and no one deserves that. The customer is not always right and he didn't deserve such treatment from that lady.

I had a great experience at this FedEx location today. My mom and I had our passport photos taken here and printed. Adriana, the store associate, was very nice, friendly, and helpful. She took our photos and printed it out right away. I am amazed at how fast the service was done. Adriana was so nice to cut all our passport photos (since we ordered about 10 photos together). It took less than 10 minutes. And then I also used the self service copier they had inside and it was pretty fast, too! Overall, it was a good experience.

WHY is that gold Camry (obviously an employee, with the sun visor up) parked in the ONLY parking spot FedEx has?? I come by to drop off a pre-labeled box and I have to park in the main body parking lot of BofA. Thanks FedEx….real classy!!
