I have incoming packages held at this facility so they will be secure until I can pick them up. Helpful and friendly staff. Be aware of the pick up hours and have your package tracking number and valid ID.

I literally watched one of your drivers take a picture of my package and then leave out of the yard with it, I'm trying to get in contact with a direct facility. I no longer want this driver/deliverer on my property. I know this isn't the first package he's stolen, IT CANNOT BE! I'm appalled and livid with this outcome! FedEx Ground off Daytona in ALBUQUERQUE!

I just had a fedex driver honk and yell at me for using a crosswalk!? Wtf? I called the 800 number to get a local number so I could speak to a driver supervisor. The employee refused to provide information.

Driver brought the package to the delivery address is 100 lb worth of a portable generator that he dropped it was supposed to be delivered today and now they're telling me tomorrow they're going to have to do better than that as far as I'm concerned they're nothing but weak children that are working there

Lazy employees and delivery drivers. Ups and Amazon are the only ones that get my apartment right! How hard is it! I'm a delivery driver myself and I still contact the customer to make sure the apartment is right. Or I have them meet me outside! It really is not difficult nor that hard to text or call a customer. Worse delivery company ever. All packages that come from FedEx do not get delivered or the driver is too lazy and puts it at a random door.

Why can’t we give this horrible company negative stars. Tracking says out for delivery. Then says invalid house number. I verified correct address with agent. Then I am told, they cannot locate the recipient. Now, I am being told that because my package sat in customs for 2 months that the delivery date is more than 7 days outside of the expected delivery date so they cannot hold the package locally or deliver it to me.They are returning it to the shipper, in China. The company already refunded me for the order but FedEx continues to tell me to file a claim so I am refunded. Life after life after lie. I will not ever use FedEx and will share my experience.

Not a good experience today. Had a large valuable package supposed to be delivered. The time was estimated between 12-3pm. They showed up early around 9-10. My dad was home waiting & unfortunately is elderly & hard of hearing & didn't hear them. I called to see if they could deliver it in the evening time after I get off work & the guy on the phone said I could arrange for an evening delivery online at FedEx com. Apparently I don't have an option to pick up the package from the warehouse? & if you arrange for an evening delivery they only give you 5-8pm options & charge $5 plus tax for the arrangement. Shame on them they are making it harder on me, not easy at all. Worst shipping company...

Two drivers leaving the facility on WS driving beside one another talking laughing. Not allowing me to pass when there was finally room the driver on right swerved towards my vehicle. Honking and then speed up and was following me closely. In a unsafe manner.

I have a problem with the process of making a complaint. how difficult does it need to be to notify FedEx about drivers not completing their delivery. not even getting out of their truck. or how about not delivering to my address because my girlfriend declined the driver's advances before. I haven't received a package since she turned him down. this is ridiculous. what's the point of express shipping if I have to go pick up my stuff the next day every time . I can't believe I paid 500$ for them to tell me that I wasnt home while I watched him drive by, looked right at me . terrible driver for my area .. can't believe people are lazy at what they get paid for!

FedEx is the worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. For years now, I have tried to get them to deliver all packages addressed to my house directly to the front door. I have called their customer service countless times and requested that all packages be delivered to my front door; I have talked to managers about it as well, but nothing ever changes. It also says right on my FedEx profile online to deliver all packages directly to the front door, but appararantly the driver is too negligent to respect my request. They always deliver my packages to the open gate at the front of my property, which is 60 yards away from my front door. This is a problem for many reasons. For starters, I have a problem with theft in my neighborhood, and when a package is delivered that far away from my house near my open front gate, I have had several packages stolen out of my yard because of this. I work from home, and i don't have the luxury of taking a break just so that I can walk 60 yards to the front of my property to intercept a package before it has a chance of getting stolen. Another problem is, I have a physical disability, and I cannot lift heavy objects, so if a heavy package gets delivered to my front gate instead of my front door, I don't have the physical strength to carry that package 60 yards back to my house! All other delivery companies respect my delivery preferences and follow my instructions; Amazon, USPS, and UPS all respect my wishes and follow my delivery instructions. No matter what I do or how many times I call FedEx about this problem, nothing ever changes. It's a simple request...PLEASE DELIVER ALL PACKAGES DIRECTLY TO THE FRONT DOOR!!!! How hard is it to follow such simple instructions?!?! If I could I would give FedEx a negative star rating. I wish the merchants I did business with did not use them so that I would never have to deal with them ever again!!! Literally years of calling FedEx asking them to fix this problem, with absolutely no results! Most unprofessional company I've ever had the displeasure of working with!!!

I believe fedx really don't care about there costumers. I get a lot of orders delivered, ups, amazon and fedx. Fedx is the worst damaged packages inconvenient drivers don't know how to read this side up on package. My door has been opened at times and I've heard the driver just drop the package.
