Driver continually leaves my packages over 100 yards from my house. He even left my insulin next to a busy highway. If I had not gone out my driveway my insulin would have spoiled. I have a gate at the end of my drive with a 30 ft easement more than enough room to turn his truck around. UPSDoes it all the time.

Seems like everyone has same problem. Dishonest employeesI paid to have package delivered Saturday morning and they claim med I wasn't home, but no one ever showed up. I requested special delivery because I am not available during day due to work. Just got off phone where they said they tried to deliver. Liers!!! Now I'm even more frustrated because it seems like a common occurrence. With others. Be better.

When you get there, there are signs that say where to go to drop off but there's nothing there. You kinda figure out that you leave the package with security at the gate.

Very disappointed. Been home all day, have a video camera at my front door, just to receive a message stating that they attempted to deliver and no one was at home. This is a flat out lie because they never came to my home. Totally dishonest. All they had to do was drop it off at my front door.

Fedex damaged my product. My product arrived with some kind of oil all over the box that was also inside on the product I purchased. The delivery driver took a picture of the box when he dropped it off and it is clearly covered in oil. After trying to reach out for some kind of customer service, it is very clear that this company doesn't care. They do not have anyone to answer the phone and messages are not returned. I was forced to visit the website and file a claim. The website was very difficult to navigate and the forms were almost impossible to fill out accurately. For example, there is a section where it asks you to scroll down the list and choose an option but the list will not scroll down. After filling out the form as best I could, with pictures attached, I got an email response days later stating that my claim was denied without any explanation. They also demanded that I contact the shipper. It is not the shippers fault and yet this company claims no responsibility and places all the blame and responsibility on the customer and the shipper. The low standard of customer service is disappointing and this experience has definitely change my opinion of this giant company. They are obviously too big to care about customers. I will be boycotting them. I know I am just one person and it doesn't matter but I refuse to give my money to a company that so callously treats its customers. The lack of accountability is disgusting.

I will admit, I swapped two of the digits on my in-laws address for a delivery while I was on vacation. However, these lazy people decided to return the item without even calling me, or fixing the address and delivering it anyway. I work for the post office and we fix thousands of messed up address and deliver them every single day and these people are too lazy to take 5 seconds out of their day the fix a very common mistake. Instead my package will get returned and I will have to cancel the order because I'm not paying another $50 to ship it again. I hope this place burns down.

Two packages never arrived yesterday altho they were "out for delivery" south of Belen NM. Never received any further notice what happened to them. Today after a neighbor's phone call found out they were delivered to wrong address!!!!

I paid extra for scheduled delivery after business hours. They delayed it for "weather" when it was lightly raining and cold. Next day they claimed to have attempted delivery at 1030am despite my having paid for scheduled delivery between 5pm and 8pm. There were people home at the time and they never heard a knock at the door. They now want to try and deliver it next business day, which would be monday, and I'd be willing to bet money that they'll do it during the day when I'm not home (or at least lie saying they did). Just useless.

Was here all day on the estimated date of delivery. No one rang the doorbell for me to sign off my package. Now I have to drive all the way up here to pick it up. I feel like there wasnt even an attempt made since I didnt get any labels or tags.

The fat guard doesn't explain anything more than he has to... went for a package that could have been delivered to my mail box.. They have no idea how to utilize GPS.. My house sits in the middle of 14 acres you can see from the highway... no clue how you can't see it????

Horrifying, I believe they are collapsing, total incompetence, can not deliver a package for over ten days, sitting in Alb. cant even get a hold of anyone to go pickup claiming weather delay, lies, bad weather affecting only a couple of days. please use other shippers.

Driver scared to deliver because a little snow is on the ground. I walked the 20 seconds to my gate to see if there were tracks indicating he turned around at the gate. I couldn't be sure, because UPS was making deliveries at that time.Two missed deliveries in a row, and because it's not an overnight shipment, I can't get them to hold so I can pick it up. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use FedEx again!No phone number to contact local FedEx Ground site, and the place appears to be "not open to the public." Nice.
