It's Monday, and I need a bathtub and valves by Saturday- haven't even thought about all the hardware, fixtures, and sinks! I am thankful for Hannah Hughes at Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery. I am sensitive to knowing and expecting "KIND customer service". Hannah spent at least 2 hours helping me not only get what I needed for Saturday, but working with me patiently, without a goal to "make a sale". She answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and she gave me some great ideas and advice- she is so knowledgeable of all aspects of her work. And patience galore! She got my bathtub delivered the next day and had me jot down the questions I needed to ask our builder regarding sinks, faucets and lighting. In the end..... I will be back soon to order whatever else is next. Thank you Hannah and Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery for a positive experience.

The staff at this Ferguson location have been so helpful with my order, from the person who answers the phone to the manager of the store. I am impressed by their attention to detail and excellent communication. They have been very tolerant of multiple phone calls about the order and have been great about coordinating delivery dates and keeping me informed of how the order is progressing. I will post another review once the appliance is installed.

Fine. Bring your bank account along with you. But, I guess you get what you pay for. No, it's not Home Depot or Lowe's. But, be prepared to see some nice products. They ship them to you. You can't buy anything "off the shelf." Quality items, though. B ?

As a general contractor and kitchen designer I really wanted to have good things to say about my personal experience with Ferguson's, however I do not, and now I regret doing business with them and sending my clients there too! I recognize that some things are beyond the salesperson's control, mainly supply chain disruptions and manufacturing lead times, but communication, order accuracy, product knowledge and customer service are crucial and controllable even during a pandemic. There were multiple problems that I encountered, and most of them were resolved, but buyer beware. When it takes 16 weeks to get a tub filler, then what you receive has a defective finish on top of the salesperson ordering the wrong model, they say "go ahead and install it because the replacement is back ordered, but we will make it right" (seemed like good customer service) until the bill from the plumber was received and the manufacturers rep says they won't reimburse for additional labor because they gave deep discounts on the faucets to Ferguson's, called the showroom and never got a call back. I just can't recommend doing business with the Albuquerque showroom again.

Complete waste of time. Made an appointment online to get information on mini split systems. Turns out they don't even carry them at that location. I have no idea why someone would set an appointment for something they don't have. The lack of professionalism would keep me from doing any business with Ferguson.

Overpriced... who would ever shop here when lowes and home depot and a handful of other stores sell the same products, which you find in stock...for half the price, duh ?

I felt insulted and wasted time from my schedule. We built our house in 2003 and worked with Fergusons then for the original appliances. That worked great. We're now redoing the kitchen, so we went to Fergusons in May 2022 to arrange for an island cooktop, telescoping downdraft, sink, etc. The folks at Fergusons told us more than once not to buy the cooktop and downdraft until their technician came to our home to see what would work best. Wow, that would be just perfect! Nice benefit, right? But no, after trying to schedule the tech to come out, and being told the technician will be contacting us to set up a visit, I later get told the "team" decided I would have to now select the cooktop first. After weeks of being told to "wait", now it's "buy"? I thought we were waiting to see what would work best? Maybe I shouldn't have worn my "airborne paratrooper" cap that last time I was in? Or maybe it's because we're retired? Yes, I could have just bought a cooktop and downdraft and maybe substituted to what would work best after the tech's inspection, but that isn't the point - if you tell me to wait on buying something until a tech comes out to make sure we get the right items, but then change the script & act like I'm going to cheat you or something, I'll find someone else to do business with. Thanks for wasting my time!

The layout of the gallery was amazing and had a lot of accessories to choose from however the prices seemed a little high for the products presented. Also I didn't see any products we were specifically looking for, it seems as if the gallery was setup for the insanely wealthy and not the everyman...but the receptionist that greeted us was very kind, informative, and more customer service agents should take note...

This is the second time I have dealt with fergusons. The first time being 12 years ago. Joseph was more than accommodating and really helped me not only make sure that i would have my new stove in time for thanksgiving, but also showed me how I could still get everything I wanted and save a lot of money. if I ever need kitchen appliances or anything for my bathrooms I will definitely be going back.

I went for new kitchen lights and appliances, and I received a project board setup on the computer where I was told I can go home and search for lights than save the ones I want, I could of done that on my own, its call Pinterest! I wanted to see what the lights would look like not a picture of them. Angie told me they only have display of chandeliers. Than she asked about appliances. I figured ok she will take me around the showroom, NOPE setup another project board on the computer, and told me to search again. I received better service at the big box stores, at least they pointed out features. Save your self the time go elsewhere , or setup a board on Pinterest and google away.

First off we know the world is on back order. Let me be clear that is not the complaint. We ordered two stackable washers and dryers, a dishwasher and a double oven. It took 6 months for everything to come in. In the course of the 6 months, there were multiple times I called and emailed the saleswoman, Angelina. No response. The service was so poor I walked in to talk to the store mgr., George. Promises were made to improve communication. Nothing changed. Our dishwasher handle arrived damaged. No one seems to know anything about the new ETA on that. Photo included. The install on the double ovens damaged our cabinets. Photo included. Haven't even let them know about that.... Yet. We have a long history with Ferguson. When we built our house every appliance we purchased came from their store. We had an excellent experience which is why we returned. Not sure what has happened in the last 15 years but obviously the leader ship and the mission has changed. There is no pride in what they do or who they serve. Don't be fooled by the flashy showroom. That's as good as it gets.

Rae is wonderful! She knows the product lines very well, and she worked hard to help me get the exact style I was looking for. It was refreshing to get such excellent customer care.
