Even though I walked in to make an appointment, Tim was able to schedule me and had my car ready the next day. So far, so good on the repairs. Since I wasn't expecting to leave my car, I was especially happy for the free shuttle home.

Had an oil change via their “Express Lane.” Overall a good experience. It took over an hour, so not exactly express, but you don’t need an appointment. I would recommend.
