Went to buy shoes the sticker price showed 50$ they charged me full price ! They do NOT honor there sales prices and they lady at the counter was very rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there! Not the type you should put in a customer service setting! I won’t be back

My 9 year old son was so excited to buy a hat from here. Had it a week and the top button came off. We went to the store to make it right and they refused. We paid with a card and asked if we could show them the transaction as proof, being that we no longer had the receipt. The manager declined, didn’t offer to fix the hat much less exchange it. Poor quality and poor management. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your money at this location.

Seems like you have to find someone to help you. I was never approached or greeted when walking in. Online shopping is where it’s at nowadays I guess. No wonder there is so much theft there’s no one doing their job.

Wouldnt even give half a star . Went in to purchase a pair of shoes they had 2 of the same shoe on display and i was going to purchase it for $90 after trying on the worker was checking the sizes before ringing up and i saw the nike symbol had threads coming out in several areas.I asked if she could change it due to that she immediately told me they didnt have more . Which one of the displays was my size. I saw told her really? She said yes ...i said i won't take them then she said ok no care in the world. This worker just lost you guys a customer and i will be sure to tell everyone i know not to shop there. She was too lazy to go switch out to another size that i know was in stock i saw it as she went to grab my size

Finishline apparently only supports troops that are active. They must of just changed this because they used to give it to Vetererans as well. I can't believe they changed it to just active duty. I bought the shoe, but shopped around and found a store that supports all troops. Veterans and active duty. I bought the same exact shoe, regular price was $35 less and gave me a Military discount. And it was just a few stores down. I returned the shoes I bought and thankfully I got my refund back. Very bad customer service and not a good look on them only supporting some troops and not all of them.

Last week at the Cottonwood location there was a young native American man working who just stared at me the entire time as if he was planning to physically assault me. I asked him for a particular shoe and when he came out with it he slammed it on the counter. I'm a military reveteran so I asked if they give a discount. He insisted they didn't so said I will just leave and deal with someone else at a later time. He then said he would just give the discount. Horrible experience.

A lady with pink hair and buzz cut under had horrible customer service. You could tell she was miserable and hated her job. I asked her to get me a pair of shoes her replies what “ seems like I’m jumping to everyone’s needs today” as if she doesn’t get paid to do her job. Ugly and miserable

Women's selection was ridiculously small. No shoe measurer, no try on socks, employee had zero customer service skills. Doesn't take very much to greet a customer.
