My wife and I have been going here for years just due to the convenient location but the quality of service has steadily declined throughout that time. Simple things like tire patches or oil changes take all day for them to get to, we have had multiple instances of them straight up lying about what services they’ve completed, and there seems to be a policy to get you to pay as much as possible at every turn, warranties be damned. This seems to be a business intent on gutting customers for all we are worth.

Do not come here if you value your time what so ever. Came at 8:00am was told it would be an hour until they can look at the car. 2 1/2 hours later and still haven’t taken a look at all. Expressed to them at the start that I was in a time crunch and if they couldn’t take a look to let me know so I can go somewhere else. No respect and no communication while they all mess around in the bays. Never have been so disappointed in such an easy and simple request.

The issues of a loud AC blower didn't get resolved as that was the original issue. Additional issues were not considered, was told to reschedule. I will be going somewhere else!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEGICLE TO THIS LOCATION. If I could give "0" stars I would. They did me dirty & knew exactly what they were doing. My brakes were squeaking, so I came in for a brake change. They put on the wrong brakes & had my car screaming loudly when I slowed down & came to a complete stop. The squeaking became 10x worse & loud. Mind you that I financed these brakes from them & was told to continue paying off my charge. I am literally beyond disappointed & angry. I don't even wanna drive anywhere!! I went back to have them check it & the boss said they put on the wrong brakes:( I didn't know what else to do, so I just had to visit my car dealership & they informed me the same thing, that it wasn't properly installed & the wrong brakes were put on:( DUDE MY CAR SOUNDS LIKE A HOWLING SCREAM STILL!!!!!!!! Something needs to be done. Why am I still paying my monthly finance charge if my brakes weren't even fixed!!!!??? I AM SO MAD WORDS CANT EVEN DESRCIBE HOW UPSET I AM. My blood boils when I push my brakes & it screams so damn loud all the birds fly off. THIS WILL BE THE VERY LAST TIME I EVER GO TO FIRESTONE FOR AUTO CARE SERVCIES. There soo Lucy I'm not taking this to court cause I'm overwhelmed & busy w/ work. IM NEVER EVER RETURNING TO FIRESTONE. They literally took my trust & shattered it right before me w/ out me even noticing. What a great way for this shabby auto care services to make money.

Wouldn’t put air in my tires at 4:45 (hours on google say they close at 6) because they were trying to close. This was a first. I sat there for a while and no one acknowledged me and when I approached to ask for help I was ignored and the person I spoke to was completely rude. I will not return.

Store opening hour is actually 8am as just confirmed to me by an employee. The store isn't open at 7 am like the website and Google suggest

One star is too many for this review, I had a major blow out on my rental car tire, and was told to go to this firestone, since enterprise has a contract with Firestone. We arrived before 330. I was thrilled to see that all bays were empty. But the manager turned us away, saying that he let his employee get off early, wow 2.5 hours before closing, and no other technicians were working.This is extremely poor customer service, poor planning on the manager by not having another worker on the clock. I guess they can afford to turn away customers. It seems this manager plans for failure, enterprise will also hear about the poor service I received from this Firestone company, located on 4601 Central Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. I guess this is why they only have a 3.8 review rating.

Traveling and Laura was awesome and very helpful!! Had the exact tires I needed to get me home and very fast service! Lifelong Firestone customer after this trip!

Staff were helpful answering my questions and accommodated service the same morning. Front desk staff kept me updated about my car, we're cleaning the waiting room and acted professionally. Thank you also to staff for working on a holiday!
