Took my truck in an hour ahead of the scheduled time. They said it would be ready by 3:30. Went back at 4:00 and they hadn't even started on it ! They lost my business needless to say!!

Stay away from this predatory establishment !! My friend a single woman who came in to have her punctured tire with the screw still embedded in it, fixed. She could still drive with the tire on, which was just slowly leaking .She was told that the tire can’t be fixed because the puncture is too close to the sidewall. The remedy suggested was to replace the tire in which case I would need to buy 2 tires, app. $400.00 total. Luckily She left and after sending picture of the tire to her mechanic friend she was assured that the puncture repair is a very routine fix. Yesterday she got the tire fixed at another establishment where she was treated with dignity, courtesy and respect and she got her tire fixed. The bill was $20.00 for the repair and $21.00 for new lug nuts.AVOID THIS PLACE !! AVOID GETTING RIPPED OFF!

Staff were polite. However, the mileage warranty sold with tires needs to be more transparent and explained correctly. Different staff explained different ideas about how the warranty works. It's important to know the mileage warranty does not in fact cover the mileage named as part of the warranty, does not cover the full cost of the replacement tire, and also requires several maintenance loophole requirements which make it, in large part, unusable.

Made online reservations for car care package (check fluids & rotate tires) but short staffed. Plus online reservations was canceled from their end even though he stated He didn't see a reservation from me.

I set an appointment to get my car checked 2 hours before the appointment time. I took my car in, then as soon as I got home, they called and said they couldn't look at my car or diagnose it and to come pick it up. They said I would have to reschedule. I went in to get the keys to my car and they just handed me my keys and said "sorry." Not even, "Hey, let's reschedule you tomorrow or here is a coupon or discount on your next service for the inconvenience."Nothing. Bad customer service. If they weren't able to see my car that day then why have appointments online? Disorganized. I can't say that they would or wouldn't have fixed my car to my satisfaction, but I won't ever know because I will never go back.

I have done business at this location twice. The first time was fine other than the amount of time we had to sit in the lobby with my 2 year old granddaughter. The second time was absolutely horrible. It started shortly after I walked through the door. I told them that I had an appointment and what I was quoted over the phone. They had an appointment for me on the computer. But, they said that I was quoted wrong and it was going to be about $100.00 more than I was expecting. I had originally planned on getting 4 tires that I brought with me mounted on my wheels and a lifetime alignment. The alignment was where the pricing issue was. I said I would just get the one-time alignment since I was quoted wrong on the lifetime alignment. They said it would be an hour to an hour and a half. It ended up taking 2 hours. Which wouldn't have been that bad except they didn't do the alignment. So it took 2 hours to put 4 tires on the car. They said that both inner tie rod ends needed to be replaced before they could do an alignment. I have since replaced the tire rod ends and will not be taking it there to have the alignment done because of all of the things I have discovered after leaving. When I went out to the car, I noticed that my hood wasn't latched and neither was the trunk. What were they doing in the trunk anyway? Besides stealing tools. Yes, there were tools missing from my trunk. Then, I attempted to buckle my seat belt. And I found out that it had been unbolted at one end. I later noticed that two of my lug nuts were missing, and one of them was torqued way too tight. That one will have to be replaced as well as the impact socket that it got stuck in while I was removing it. When I was replacing the inner tie rod ends, I happened to notice that one of the control arm bolts was not tightened down at all. These people are either completely incompetent. Or, they intentionally sabotage customer vehicles. Either way, I will not be doing business at this location ever again.

This was the best customer experience I have ever had with chain store! The manager Renee is incredible and has won my hard earned trust. She advocated for me with the company holding the warranty seeking to limit their expenses. Renee would not let that stand. The mechanics worked late to ensure that my vehicle would be ready for work the following day. I will be back to this Firestone, recommending them to friends and sharing the story.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Yes, you may be able to get appointments quickly but don't expect a quality job. I've been to this specific firestone twice and the two times that I've gone, none of the alignments were fully completed. They do a better job at coming up with excuses rather than actually doing the job. I was told one time that I needed to upgrade something to fully complete the job, otherwise it's not a possible to do. I took my car to the firestone at menaul and guess what? No problems. nothing was needed. Just a quick drop off, an hour later, "your cars ready for pick up".
