Went to Firestone on Louisiana and Menaul for front end alignment. I was also hearing some squeaking on passenger side area.
They found nothing wrong with front...so I took it to another mechanic. They found multiple problems with front end, things that could've been catastrophic on the road.
Firestone has been around for a long time, but certainly aren't what they used to be. Untrustworthy.

1. Sold a service that in retrospect I'm not convinced I needed.2. Was not told that the service would require me to be there all day. 3. Was not updated when there were delays.4. Was told they didn't want to ask the technician how long it would take becuase he doesn't like it.5. Many hours later I noticed that no one was even working on my Jeep. Instead, many of the technicians were in the back talking while I watched through the window.6. When I confronted them about this I was told that the technician was working on other vehicles that were more of a priority.7. Keith threw his coworker that was there when I arrived under the bus, saying she gave me false expectations.8. Although it was working when I took the Jeep in for the oil change, now my heater isn't working properly. I suspect that was on purpose since I complained. 9. When I finally was able to leave, almost 7 hours later, they hadn't even reset the sensor saying I needed an oil change and I had to go back inside to get that done.

I went to Firestone at 5:36 PM and they said they weren't able to fix my tire. I went right up the street to Discount tire, and they replaced my tire after closing hours. Don't ever go to Firestone on menaul, they don't even care for anyone. Bad service. If discount tire did it, why in the world couldn't Firestone do it? Haters

Been here multiple times. Thought the level of trust was there, but last visit proved to me otherwise. Can't get people to actually give a crap for antyhing unless theyre watching a tiktok or some stupid youtube video. Its not their time and money being wasted. Theyre not the ones who will end up stuck on the side of the road from their bad advice. So, who really cares then if you tell me two totally opposite things that make no sense? Sad state of affairs these days. Honestly.

Poor workmanship and lack of transparency. I had some struts installed. Mechanic lost a bolt and zip tied the brake hose to the bolt hole. ABS line not attached to anything and rubbing against the inside of the wheel. Lazy and dangerous.

What’s the point of doing an appointment.I made one for 9am.I called to see what was going on.cause last time they didn’t call me.So they barely pulled my vehicle inside 3 1/2 hrs later.

We scheduled an appointment days in advance just to be told they don’t have the tires we need in stock when we arrived for the appointment. The employee at the front desk couldn’t have cared less that our time was wasted.

I paid almost 2000 dollars and still my car not fixed they gave it back and still doing same thing I called and asked d 4 help 2 get it going and still haven't got a reply Sam the receptionist was rude and continues to be rude with no return call back u et she speaks rude and real disrespectful 2000 down and didn't fix my car seems like they don't know what they doing and it's bad cause they could just say they can't fix instead of charging me and can't fix it and Sam don't call back to get it fixed horrible service from her

Sorely disappointed, waited almost 2 hours after coming in early at their request. Cost was more expensive than I was told. Customer service was lacking.

Firestone in Albuquerque Nm on Menaul damaged our vehicle. All we came in for was tire rotation and balance and alignment check. In less than an hour we came back and for the service and that’s when we discovered our vehicle’s front fender was damaged badly. And not drivable. And they’re saying they didn’t do it.

A tire rotation takes 5 simple minutes they told us 3 hours wait. We are traveling, can not wait that long

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Despite having an appointment, the front desk staff seemed visibly unhappy to assist me. I waited for an hour without any updates, and when I inquired about the estimated time of completion, they responded rudely. Frustrated, I asked for my keys back and scheduled an appointment at another location. In contrast, my recent visit to the Bernalillo Firestone was far more customer-focused and professional. I will not be going back to this Menaul location.
