Don't book online. It's so unreliable. Even after getting my appointment confirmed and checking with online chat that it's set. So reconfirmed. I show up on time and they tell me they can't fit me in. I have don't this twice at this location and once at another... 3 times. This is not right. Don't have online booking if it's not reliable. I've wasted 3 trips of my time.

These folks have zero idea what an appointment means.
I called to make an appointment to get my alignment fixed - scheduled that for 10am and was told it would take about an hour. I get there right at 10am to drop it off and the guy at the desk said it would be ready by 2pm...Uh, no? I told him that I was told it would be an hour over the phone, and he replied "we'll fit you in some where," so I left my vehicle with them. An hour and a half later, I came back to just see what the status was and they hadn't even started!! The woman at the desk said alignments are usually 2 hour appointments, which alright, but they already had my car for over an hour and a half at that point and hadn't even started! So again, what is the point of making an appointment?? It is so hard having to come into town to run errands and then be left without a vehicle for several hours. Your customers time is valuable, and if y'all are going to insist on people making appointments when they call, then you guys should also adhere to them, because it's incredibly disrespectful to waste your customers time.
Also one thing I want to note - I purchased the alignment package from Firestone the last time I was here, and I'm betting I was a low priority today because I've already paid for my services in advance with that package, so they weren't "going to make money" on me today. I hope this isn't how Firestone does business.

INCOMPLETE auto UNcare: It says "Complete Auto Care" on the sign. But they said they can't diagnose my car because they "don't do engines". Be warned: Despite the sign... This is not a mechanic. It is a tire shop, disguised as one! Burned a lot of money on towtrucks.

Place does what it wants, seems they meant the rules as they go along. Been to several so dissappointing None have any customer service skills or lack thereof IM about to send back my credit card and go to Peb boys!

If I could give this zero I would stopped in there and the guy behind the desk was so unfriendly he acted like I was bothering him been a Firestone customer for over 15 yrs this location was the worst will never go back there I guess asking questions about something is too much but considering it’s in NM 😡😡😡😡😡

We’ve given this location many chances and we won’t be back. They scratched up my rims for fixing a flat, changed oil in a car and it leaked right away took it in and they said nothing was wrong, took it somewhere else and the cap was loose, then it took about 22 hours to change a battery. Made an appt for 1pm and they didn’t call till after 5pm to say they have to get the battery somewhere else and wouldn’t be ready that night…finally picked it up after 12pm the next day…ridiculous

Was a thermostat and hose 8 hundred dollars and a day later my Jeep is in the shop again and now I need a water pump. And I have no idea how much it's going to cost me!!

Made an appointment, dropped off 15 minutes prior to appointment time and was told "we'll get to it when we can. I said, "I thought that what an appointment was for." Not too sure that anybody there understands how an appointment really works. Job was not completed until 3.5 hours after drop off!
We purchased two rear tires and asked for the rears to be rotated to front. They called two hours later and said they couldn't do it, lift not working. I asked how they installed, to which they said, floor jacks. I asked that they use their jacks to jack up truck and rotate tires. Seemed like an inconvenience to them. Poor customer service, short staffed and did not inflate to new tires to specs putting an unsafe risk to my family and shortening the life of the mud/snow tread of the tires. San Mateo and Academy store in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The team at this location are very friendly and accommodating when it comes to service and any questions you may have. I am very pleased with how they do business here and the amazing staff they have working the establishment! I got all 4 tires changed and an alignment. I was communicated with multiple times about any changes or concerns the team had, I didn't feel pressured to do anything post vehicle inspection I was simply educated on additional services my vehicle needs and was assured they'd be happy to do the repairs when I am ready to do them! I will definitely be going back for my vehicle needs and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

So glad I happened on Firestone San Mateo after breaking down in Albuquerque. I had been towed to the Subaru dealer across the street but went over and talked to Firestone Store Manager Mitchell. I knew immediately where I should bring the car! Mitchell diagnosed the problem explaining every detail and showing me the results. Joseph Montoya and the service technician Josiah, did a fantastic job dropping a new engine in and fixing other problems they encountered. I highly recommend this team!

Worst car service and repair shop in Albuquerque. They broke a key component on my engine and we're disrespectful and dishonest when asked to fix the mistake.
