The team onsite are good people but they have their hands tied by their paychecks - they drained all my oil to find out what was wrong with my car and then their corporate office is refusing to take responsibility for a faulty part installed and stated that I had a major oil leak. I don't recommend this company at all. Headaches.

I am happy to have our car repair completed. It took way too long. I believe, we left our vehicle all day, then by the end of the day. The parts were wrong, finally completed it the next day. So be careful and ask specific questions. But, overall it was, "okay". I expected better from a national chain.

Told my 2 year old battery needed replacement. Decided that was questionable. Had it tested by autozone...no problems with battery or alternator. Dishonesty or incompetence?

We recently took our grandsons car to the Montgomery Firestone location for a simple oil change. They kept the car all day , drained the oil, and neglected to refill the new oil, resulting in ruining the engine of the car. Despite us being customers for 20 years and promising they would “make it right” and fix the car; they came back refusing to fix the car and offering blue book value for the car as compensation. Of course, we can’t replace the car with the blue book compensation and they don’t seem to care at all. Not only did they ruin the car, but they have ruined their reputation with us and lost longtime customers. If they can’t do a simple oil change, extreme caution in using them for anything!!

Jessica store manager is VERY unprofessional and inconsiderate!! Had an issue with my daughter’s vehicle service advisor told us what was wrong and total price was $3,756… and after service was done (day later) took it back for an issue that should had been fixed, Jessica chose to argue when she was not even involved in the service transaction or discussion and refused to hear what I had to say! She rather my vehicle be towed to another location! She would not help in any way.
We ( our family) has always done business with Firestone for many years with multiple vehicles and never had an issue like this!
Won’t ever do business with Firestone again!!!!

I had an appointment at 1pm. Was promised my car by 5pm and a phone call to let me know it was ready. No call so I call at 515. Was told “it just got up on the rack it’ll be done soon”. Ummm…ok. Store closes at 6, so I say I’ll be there right before 6. “Ok, sounds good”. I get there 5:55 pm. A few people in front of me, I’m not acknowledged at all. Guy walks away from the desk basically ignoring me after everyone else was helped, including the guy behind me. Around 640, they come out with my keys and paperwork. I’ll never come back to this location and I’ll tell anyone who will listen to avoid as well.

I brought my car in to them in November 2023 for my check engine light. 5 hours later it was ready. 4 days later, check engine light comes back one. Take it back to them, they “fix” it. 4 days later again, the check engine light comes back on. I take it to a dealership where they tell me it’s the same issue as before and since I have a warranty on the repair I decided to have Firestone fix it. I’m not able to take it back into till June. They don’t have the parts but they will call me when they get them. August rolls around and I called them and a few days later they finally tell me that the parts have been on back order but will let me know when they arrive. September 9 the pats come in and on September 13 I take the car in. After strolling around in the area for a few hours I’m told that they got the wrong part and that the tech left to get the right one and it will be a little bit longer. Finally after 7 hours I get my car back. It’s now been a week and my check engine light is back on yet again. Even though my car is still in the warranty i don’t think I can trust them to fix my car once and for all.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL POST A RESPONSE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS REVIEW. NOBODY WILL CONTACT YOU. THEY’LL TAKE YOUR NAME AND NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. REGIONAL MANAGERS HAVE NO INTEGRITY TO CALL YOU. YOU HAVE NOBODY WHO WILL STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY. YOU’RE OUT OF LUCK. ITS A GHOST TOWN BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU GET NO WARRANTY.

It took one week to complete repairs or replacement on a oil pan. At first I went for an oil change and the supervisor Nate said the main bolt was stripped and wouldn't tighten and was leaking oil. It wasn't like that before. So maybe a technician had accidentally stripped it. He made me a couple of deals, either a lower cost out of pocket to repair around $500 to $600 or try to use my auto warranty CarShield, so I let him try CarShield. The next day or so on Monday they said, it wasn't covered unless something in the engine caused it. Previously Nate said, the oil pan would be in on Tuesday but didn't come till Wednesday. Since Nate was off until Friday, then work started slowly on it. Jeff was confused by it. And Store Manager Jessica had left him in charge of it. Poor communication with me and his colleagues. Finally done by Sunday morning. He did discount it to around $760. But in the meantime it cost me my job by being fired. Now I'm suffering with no job or money for rent.

I asked a worker here if they check the tires air and she told me >>yea and to pull up<< I waited and waited until I heard a rude comment; really. They saw me sitting there and they had to throw some rude comments about me sitting waiting on their service.
I walked inside with 1 person eating and another avoiding eye contact with me; Maybe cause he was in the little group that was making slick comments.
All I can say is that "those" or "person" with the slick comments should complain about the tire service advertisement to the company.
I didn't do anything to be disrespected and if I was going to wait 20 minutes maybe the person who told me to pull up should have told me "No."

Spent over $1,300. Still, after 5 tries, can’t balance my new tires. Am now going to try another location to fix the balance issue
Update 6-18-24: thank you to the Paseo/Wyoming location for actually fixing the problem. Estevan and his staff were terrific! That location is my new “go to”. They listened to my problem and and what I thought was going on as to why the other locations were not able to fix the problem (neither this location nor the Menaul/Louisiana were able to correct the imbalance issue after a total of 5 tries). Estevan and his crew fixed it first time, and he insisted (in a good way) on going on a test drive with me to ensure it was resolved. It was. We took it up to 85 MPH, and it rode great (finally)! It was great to travel yesterday on properly balanced tires for the 3 weeks since I had purchased them , they had rode horribly at speeds above 45 MPH. Now it rides great! I took it up to 100 MPH yesterday to test! It was great! Now I can say I love the tires (Firestone Destination for trucks). Thnx Estevan and staff!!!

New management to me..Jeff was Awesome. I got brakes and the CV axles needed to b replaced it was under our extended warranty but Jeff had to let them know it was necessary and needed he worked on this for a few days it finally got approved. I feel he went above and beyond....thank you so very much...I am so glad and feel much safer..this store does great work . Thank you Jeff

The staff was friendly and my car has been running great, back to normal. I usually go to the Juan Tabo Firestone because it is closer to my house, and they are great too, but it was nice that the staff at Montgomery were just as awesome to deal with, I had a pleasurable experience and will be back again.
