Have been a customer here for years. Was always treated so well. Service was the reason I would send cookies and pizza occasionally. That’s how wonderful the team was. Since management and staff have changed, the service has been horrible. Issues not resolved and absolutely no communication. Would not recommend this particular location.

I called for a quote for maintenance items for an Acura MDX, the person who spoke with me was knowledgeable and helpful. Based on that contact, I made an appointment for specific maintenance work on the MDX. The person checking me in for the appointment was not particularly knowledgeable about the appointed work nor the website coupons I had for some of it. We finally sorted it and the work was completed as expected. I did see a charge for some kind of sensor recal related to the wheel alignment performed. I didn’t expect that since I was not told it might be performed, but the cost was a minor item in the $440 bill. When I arrived to pick-up the MDX I had a LONG wait for someone to get to the check-in area. Not a bad experience but the bill is so convoluted it is hard to understand the work performed.

They don't honor their appointments. I requested an appointment online but they said they were too busy and rebooked me for the next day. Then when I showed up they said they were too busy.

I wouldn't give it even one star but it's mandatory, I just went after a week they fixed my car because it's having problems that it didn't have when I took it in, so they ruined it for me!!! And they didn't give me any solution other than they wanted to charge me $800 and a little more than the $700 I had already paid!!! It seems to me a lack of respect and professionalism, if you don't know how to work, don't do it, I recommend that you don't fix your cars here, instead of seeing improvement what I see is that my car right now is more prone to having an accident than when I took it to repair!!!

Had an appointment with them at 9 showed up 10 minutes early. The doors are locked and no one is here. I saw 10 people go up and try that door and leave. Their website says open at 7. Very disappointed.

Make sure to check your oil level after an oil change. the manager had to add an extra quart after I picked up my car, tech did not add enough oil.

Came in to do a basic courtesy check on Sunday. They said they were busy- but would still have time to do it and I left with everything being "Checked and Acceptable" as listed on my receipt. On Tuesday evening, I was unable to start my car because my battery was at 0.06 volts and had no water in it. Lack of time management (and potentially dishonesty) could've led to a huge disaster. Feel like another woman taken advantage of at a mechanic. Very disappointed and frustrated.

They told me 6 months ago I had to get my brakes rotated resurfaced or “turned” and I was charged $100 for that evaluation. Then I came back asked them to do the work that was recommended 6 months ago and they told me my brakes were fine and that the rotors were good. I was charged $100 for that because it was an inspection service. 8 months ago I had a part replaced because it was tearing through my belts. They replaced it but did not replace the belt with a new one even though I was charged for it. To say the very least I’m very disappointed with this company.

Beware bait and switch on prices quoted. Online Firestone quotes $129 for a one-time alignment for a GMC Acadia SLT and $239 for a lifetime alignment. Not until you get to the shop are you told that the one-time alignment is really $165 and the lifetime is $307. That's because they add a $20 steering assist fee and about $25.00 in "shop fees," which are not specified in the advertisement. Before you go in, call to confirm complete pricing and do not trust what they quote online.

Thank you to the Paseo/Wyoming location for actually fixing the problem I had with tires I purchased at a different location in Albuquerque. Estevan and his staff were terrific! That location is my new “go to”. They listened to my problem and and what I thought was going on as to why the other locations were not able to fix the problem (neither the location on Montgomery/Eubank, where I purchased them, nor the Menaul/Louisiana location were able to correct the imbalance issue after a total of 5 tries). Estevan and his crew fixed it the first time, and he insisted (in a good way) on going on a test drive with me to ensure it was resolved. It was. We took it up to 85 MPH, and it rode great (finally)! It was great to travel yesterday on properly balanced tires for the first time in 3 weeks since I had purchased them, they had rode horribly at speeds above 45 MPH. Now it rides great! I took it up to 100 MPH yesterday to test! It was great! Now I can say I love the tires (Firestone Destination for trucks). Thnx Estevan and staff!!!

Mike and Michael managed to squeeze my car in for an alignment check on a day when they were really busy. Be nice to these underpaid guys and maybe they might be able to help you out, they work hard too! Thanks guys!

The two Michaels helped me out big time with a disaster blown tire and put on a spare for me at the last minute even after closing time, that’s how awesome they were! Excellent service, definitely recommend!
