I've been an account holder for years and I brought in a mangled one hundred dollar Bill, it was mangled. They told me they could not help me and to go to Wells Fargo I go to Wells Fargo and they said. Of course, we can help you. Are you an account holder? I said no, my bank told me to come here. Then they said I don't know why your bank would say to come here. They should have helped you. I called the branch and they said it was a mis communication which It was not. I did all this running around and for them not to even apologize. Do not bank here, horrible customer service. The only teller that cares about their account holders is the girl with glasses.

This bank offers incompetent assistance and a very demeaning and sarcastic Assistant Manager. Yes, you who just laughed at me for not taking your petty change. The Assistant Manager also has the lacking intelligence to advise and inform on statements that are giving, leaving to the end of the conversation. I advise this Assistant Manager to seek help in her poor ability to care for the population and to seek counseling on changing her mindset in choosing to be vicious. You are an Assistant Manager who offers no maturity and no responsibility, so thank you for your ignorance because it was grand to see how your attitude is filled with a heaping amount of animosity and hate. Oh, and the Assistant Manager obviously knows how to be have the gall to be rude to laugh at a fellow human; intolerance of obvious through her hate filled heart. The sewage these tellers spew is enormous. I have seen this location and multiples around the city have an high amount of layovers because the training is poor and the Branch Managers are rude. Bother with this bank if you want, but they have never bothered to be of any good assistance to my 9 years here.

I give this certain location a 1 if that, because a female bank teller was apparently lazy to do her job correctly on Saturday, long story short I went to another location and they deposited my check with NO HASSLE!!

They call it a bank. As I think back Customer service was still a given at our nation's banks. But today forget it. More and more american business has removed the customer for the equation. Therefore making the one thing that keeps them in business just a memory. I went over the the bank to get some quarters. I was asked if I was a customer. The question was mute as they did not have any a customer or not. I got the same response trying for months on end. Now, how does a bank not have any Quarters. It hit me like someone telling me that McDonalds was out of beef patties. They have incorrectly named themselves First Convenience Bank. We will break it down First-in what their is nothing first about it. Convenience- Never. and Bank?Not much of one. So in conclusion my sincere recommendation is to simply avoid yourself a headache and Find a Local back like Western Commerce. I go in there and they are happy to provide me with as many Quarters as I need customer or not.

This bank will lie cheat and scam just to make extra money off of you the employees are clueless and don't care. The only reason they got 2 stars is the manager Princess is old school and still seems to understand a little about customer service.

I belonged to a First Convenience Bank back in 2010 and I wasn't happy back then. But coming into this particular Bank watching his bank manager and her employees with other customers is awesome. They treat people like they're their family. I have never seen any of them or heard any of them raise their voice or treat anybody without respect. If I was to go back to this bank it would be this one right here in Walmart. The manager, Tania Espinoza, is one of the best managers I have ever seen in almost any Bank especially this one. She treats her employees with respect and they respect her back. You will be treated like you belong in the family.
