Got a gift for my niece hello kitty did not work I came into exchange the item I showed my bank statement because I used card and they told me No!! ? I explained it didn't not work and had proof I bought it from their location ? Brought it bk with the bag still they told me we can't do anything which is ridiculous!! Becarful on their remote stuff some don't work very disappointed 😕

This place is great! They had so many things. Tons of different posters, candy, snacks, novelty drinks, T-shirts, bored games, and a ton of decorations for both interior and exterior. Most everything was priced pretty good! Good place to shop for small gifts/stocking stuffers.

Really nice mix of small, simple handheld items. Very quirky, with old throwback candies available, kiddie toys and stickers. This place is for buying novel nicknacks !

I have shopped here a couple of times and every toy or item we have purchased has broken. I bought a bubble gun for my son and it didn't even work. I tried taking it back and they won't return or exchange it without the receipt. Not a fan of places that don't stand behind their products. Even if they are all are cheap and from China.

Never really complain because i have worked in retail and i understand how tough it is, but as soon as i walked in i had someone following me and my mom…There was no perfume samples out which there usually is at every other five below i’ve been to. I reached for a perfume (that was already open) and quickly got told to not open the box. Why have perfume if you cannot even smell them? He then answered my question with they get stolen. Mind you they are five dollars, it is an easy issue to connect them to the stands like walmart has. We then could not even scan our items because of issues with the glass. I understand it is probably not the workers fault but this five below is not going to have me as a customer anymore if i can’t even enjoy my shopping experience.

I wish i could give tthis place a zero stars. Staff kept following my husband and I around as if we were going ro steal anything from he time we walked in. I was not carrying a purse, bag, nothing. My jacket is the knid I put on after workout. Then once we ended up going to the front they sent someone to check us out to make sure we were not going to walk out, he literaly ran up to the register and took our items and scanned them while someone else was watching him and my husband and I. Seriously?! Never coming back to this place where they profile people. All we did was walk around and want to find items to purchase for our home. Way to go staff. Nice way to make your customers feel uncomfortable!

The first time I was profiled and followed by the whole staff. Always come here and never any problems, but all of a sudden, I need to be followed throughout the entire store? Very rude. I felt very embarrassed.
