I went to this location by cottonwood mall.. I have to say this.. The customer service manager she was awesome she helped me out.. I left than I called this store back and she told me they got more posters in and she checked and see if it’s the one I wanted for my daughter and it was so I went back and got it.. Even the store manager was awesome 😎

Everything about this store is amazing. The prices however fall under the radar a lot. We get there are shelves with pricing but they aren't always correct. Could see how others refuse to shop when items priced a lil over five turns out to be 15-30. Ideally everything adds up & I think that's where the frustration from witnessing shoppers comes from. Stay safe and thank you employees for always having a great atmosphere!

I went to the store and spent over $100 on things for my classroom. I had a cart full of stuff that didn’t all fit in bags. I asked an associate at the front if I could bring the cart with me to my car and bring it back, and he said that was fine. I got about halfway to my car when another associate chased me outside, yelling, “‘ma’am? Are you going to bring that back?” I said yes, I asked if I could take it to my car and she went back inside. When I went back inside, I told the original associate that I thought it was very rude that his coworker chased me outside, and he said monotonously “I’m very sorry ma’am” without looking at me. And yes, I returned the cart.

Either fix the prices to the items or honor the prices. This place need to get it together. The lady there kept on lying and lying something was 20 and so I walked back there to see for myself again when I saw it for 10 dollars. Im like okay it says 10 bucks?? And she's like there's some over there for 20. Im like where ???? See kept on lying for no reason?

Nice store.. but the plaza is busy.. and be careful, we saw someone shooting up drug outside.. but cops came and shoo them away, like the normal for albuquerque stores 🙄 😒
