It was a great experience. Lots of nice choices and lots of selections. When cashing out the young girl cashier was very helpful. She helped me find more then I need and I was greatful. Great place great experience great staff.

I like this store. Only problem is I spend way too much. It being close to Christmas and all the store was super busy but employees never skipped a beat, store was clean, items stocked, line kept moving and employees didn't even seem slightly annoyed.

Just got told to leave the store because "there is only 2 students allowed at a time" mind you we're two 18 year olds and 17. We weren't causing a scene or anything and were there to buy things before we were told to leave. Like idk what we were supposed to do. Just go wait outside in the rain?! Horrible customer service.

I went to the Wyoming location and that store is so rude even the manager.. I called the store asking if they got something in but the person that answered the phone was always rude.. One time he told me he couldn’t go look and see if they had what I was looking for because he said he couldn’t because he was busy.. Well when I called the Wyoming store when I sitting in the parking lot when I called them.. So I went into the store and the manager was sitting down on the floor just organizing but when I called he couldn’t even check on an item for me he was say we don’t have it without checking for me.. Everytime I called that store that manager always been rude to me.. I had enough so I called Five Below customer service and complain about him.. He never even told me him name when he answered the call..

I like the store and have been to this one several times..what bugged me most today though was the one guy ( employee ) following me and my son around while we shopped making us feel uncomfortable. He made it a habit to follow us into every isle and just stand around. Girl upfront who helped check us out seemed uncomfortable around him as well.
