Flash Automotive Incompetent!Took my vehicle in. Gave them explicit instructions on how to recreate the issue. Also gave them explicit approval to just replace said parts - No Diagnostics necessary. Just replace the parts. Easiest job ever - just replace the parts. I dropped it off when the problem was present and obvious , but Brendan refused to go for a test drive, or even go to the parking lot so I could show him the problem.Brenda called 8 days later saying they couldn't diagnose the problem. He said his master mechanic with 40 whatever years of experience couldn't duplicate the issue - and admitted they did not drive it the minimum duration I told them to to replicate the problem. Once again, why are you trying to diagnose something that you had approval to just fix?! I don't care how experienced the mechanic is. If they are unwilling to do their due diligence in diagnosing the problem, especially with explicit instructions from the customer (yes, some customers know what they're talking about) all that experience is irrelevant. Incompetent. They attempted to say it was just a bad gauge, but sadly that's not the case and wouldn't case the actual problem.And the fact that they couldn't diagnose ONE issue, they ignored the other issues and didn't service them. Brendan refused service. They had it 8 days didn't repair a warranty issue and the other two items they had approval to do so without any diagnostics. They fixed nothing! Completely incompetent and evidently hard of hearing to. Brendan is arrogant and does not listen to the customer.No chance I'd ever recommend this company. Sad, when you can't even get them to just do the work. Overall experience was pathetic and unacceptable. What a waste of time.Looking forward to their defensive reply

We came across Flash Automotive when we had an unexpected car issue on a cross-country trip. It was early in the morning, but we knew that this could seriously hamper our journey out of New Mexico. We stopped by Flash Auto, and Jerry, Paul, and Brandon took great care of us. They fixed the problem and got us back on the road in under 45 minutes! Super appreciative of them working so hard to get us rolling again - highly recommended!

My father taught me that If cars get maintenance like airplanes do, they will last forever. It is important for me to have a mechanic that can look over my vehicle very carefully and troubleshoot anything that is not causing problems now, but will cause me problems down the road if I don't address it. I bring in my vehicle regularly, even when I am not having symptoms. The staff at Flash Automotive are really fantastic about saying "You have this situation. If you don't fix it before this time, you will have this problem. The repair will be about this much. " That gives me some opportunity to save up for the repair. Otherwise I would suddenly have a nasty surprise and no money to fix it. So far I have brought in two of my best friends. My friends are also extremely pleased with their service.

After a long road trip, I pulled into my parking lot and then my car decided that was it. I looked up what it could possibly be and came to the sad realization that the power steering pump had likely failed. The next day I called around and priced out some options. Nobody could take my car this week except for Flash. This is important because I commute about 30 minutes to and from work. I brought it in the next day and they ran the diagnostics and confirmed my suspicions over the phone. I have cursory car knowledge and suggested a remanufactured part instead of a brand new one, as the brand new part's price was very steep. They worked with me on finding one close to Albuquerque (Denver, I think he said), and they had everything fixed by the afternoon on the next day! They certainly live up to their name! I highly recommend their services :) (Can't beat that warranty, either!)

I took my car to Flash Automotive at the suggestion of a friend. All of my dashboard indicator lights were flashing and the car just didn’t run as efficiently as normal. The staff there recharged my battery and replaced the alternator. The staff is very professional and prices were excellent. Thank you !!!

Called on Monday and spoke with Jerry about my radiator light. He made an appointment for me first thing Tuesday morning even without my asking. Very concerned and professional. The people there give you old fashion customer service. Hard to find these days. Very nice facility. The customer lounge is large, clean and offers coffee and soft drinks while you wait. They fixed my car and I was on the road within an hour.
