Simply the best for flooring needs. Designer Heather helped us pick out exactly what we envisioned for our master bathroom. It's nice to go to a big store and actually have people offer to help and not have to search for something. I'll add before and after pictures soon !

We went to the Floor and Decor in search of laminate. We were helped multiple times by a floor worker by the name of Aiden. He was such a great help and was very knowledgeable! We had a great experience getting what we needed here.

BUYER BEWAREIt's disheartening when you save your money for nearly a year to purchase new flooring for your home at a cost of $6600 and the store lets you down. So, it starts like this, found the flooring we liked at Floor and Decor, we go to the cash register to purchase only to find out we need to order through their flooring specialist. Purpose? I do not know, to upsell, to convince you to use their installation team? not sure of intent but I was curious why I needed a flooring specialist to purchase my flooring. This process, with the product number, took nearly 30 minutes and of course I was in a hurry. Now we get on to my order, turned out they did not have enough of my chosen flooring in stock, so they need to get it from a nearby store. They tell me because it is a discontinued style that I would have to pay $300 for the shipping to my home. I thought at the time that this was WRONG and asked them why we cannot ship it to the store and my contractor will pick it up and they said no we can't do that. They wanted ME to pay for the shipping. I didn't want to pay it but we really liked the flooring. That should have been my first clue of what was to come. After paying for everything the "Flooring Specialist" tells me the order must be picked up within 7 days or it will be cancelled, mind you it's already been paid for. So now I must quickly get a hold of my contractor to see if he could pick it up before going out of town that weekend. Luckily, he said he could pick it up that very same night. So, I gave the "Flooring Specialist" his name and number and the time he would be coming by. He shows up for the pickup and they don't know who he is, they couldn't find the order under his name or mine. Thank goodness my contractor was diligent enough to call me for a picture of the receipt. On October the 11th I got a notice from the shipping company that my order was on the way. On the 17th no word thru the tracking number so I called the Albuquerque store and they said they had NO IDEA where my order was because it was coming from their Colorado store, I said I placed the order at your store and that they should know where it was. Somewhere in the conversation I said F***ng something and the woman I was speaking with chastised me for swearing (I didn't mean to swear, I was stressing a bit) and then she passed the buck and transferred me to their Colorado store. They end up telling me that it had shipped the day before on the 16th. I told them I got a notice that it had shipped on the 11th. They said no it had just shipped and to give it a couple more days for it to show up on the tracking number. Now it's Friday the 20th and still no tracking information on where my $1200 order is. Once again, I call the Albuquerque store where I purchased it and I got the same woman that had threatened to hangup on me before. I was doing my best to be as pleasant as possible asking where my flooring was. She said she remembered me from before, she asked if I had a tracking number and the number to the Colorado store. I said there was a link sent via text and that I had been transferred to the Colorado store last time so I didn't have the number, so again she says do you have the tracking and store number, I'm still looking for the numbers thinking she doesn't have it, then suddenly I realize she has the info in front of her while I'm spinning my wheels looking for probably 5 minutes cause she asking if I have the information. Now maybe it was a communication error but the whole time I was looking, she had many opportunities to say here is the tracking number and the number for the Colorado store. I felt like she was condescending and doing her absolute best to only provide the information I asked for. After I finally asked......Mother may I have the numbers please? She gave me the information so that I could spend the rest of my day looking for the order that they had placed in their store, making it my problem, when in my humble opinion since I purchased it at the

Floor and decor say product will be available In 2 weeks, but they made a false statement and now I have to wait 6 weeks instead of 2 weeks. So waiting 2 weeks, just be told 2 more weeks. Puts my job back even further but why wasn't I told up front my product is gonna take a month or longer. To find out I still have two more weeks to wait. Not so hot on customer service. I order my product back on August 31 2023 and my flooring still hasn't made it yet. September 24,2023. Hopefully you all will stop making false statements

Outstanding service along with finding the flooring my client was looking for saved me from shopping any further, this store had just about everything I was looking for. Pickup was simple, I made my order online and was able to schedule a pickup date the next day! I even received call from an associate of the company to check and see how my experience was. It's not often large companies care enough about the client to do this. Great experience would recommend this company and will use them again.

They claim to have free curbside pick up and low prices but don’t tell you they charge you the cost to ship to store even for pick up until check out. $600+ for pick up in store is ridiculous

They don't tell you that pretty much every order is a "special order." They tell you their is a restocking fee but they don't tell you that for a single $700 box of rocks the return fee is $500. What a scam. Anyone with good customer service would put the material in the "in stock" section and credit the customer.

We will not do business with them. We asked an employee for help. She said she was on lunch break but could find someone. We said, "that would be great" and continued down the aisle. She yelled after us, "unless you walk away". That's how you treat a potential customer. Unacceptable

I Bought 4 pieces of T-molding to place around a fire place that were $80 dollars a piece. When I got home I cut a 45' degree angle on the bottom of the molding before I realized one was extremely warped and not useable. I went back to the store to exchange for a useable one, and was told that they were not going to give a refund/exchange due to it being cut. All I ask is for them to make it right and exchange it for a new one because it was not useable. We needed one for our project so had had no choice but to purchase one more without the exchange and half of the ones I looked down to check if they were warped were warped. So lost 80 dollars because they take no pride in customer service nor Quality on the product. I have spent a lot of money here and will not be coming back any time soon. I Am very disappointed in customer service, product care and rudeness from Mangers. I was a frequent customer until now.

Shopped for 70 sq ft of stacked stone for a project. Help to locate the just-right product, load onto cart, check-out service, and loading onto pick-up bed was AWESOME! F&D has dang-near every tile/stone product imaginable for ALL of those home project upgrades! And, you know what else, those products are at a great price and IN STOCK, so you do not have to order and wait months! LOVE IT!!!!!

Purchased Tauleto bianco 12x24 polished tile. Looked beautiful upon completion of job. But under certain light conditions and angle there was a cloudy haze in many tiles. At first I thought it was dirty and my tile setter had a substance or glue on their shoes. After googling it, I understand the cloudy haze comes from the improper glazing of tile. Needless to say I am not happy w the quality of this tile. I have filed paperwork so hopefully I'll be reimbursed for defective tile. It ruined my bathroom remodel as I installed over 400 sq ft. Zoom in to see the cloudy defective tiles. It's throughout my bathroom and closet. So MAD!

We recently went in to buy more wood planks for our home project. The gentleman had helped us was not a gentleman. He was seemed in a rush. He didn't want to get the boxes down off of the crate until he knew how many we needed so we told him at that point he got them down but didn't offer any help to load them onto our cart and take them out when other folks were getting help and getting loaded.

Had a great experience at Floor and Decor. We had made two trips. Last night an employee helped us pick out tile for our bathroom. He nailed the color schemes perfectly. However, the tile he and my husband had picked out was to big for our bathroom. It also looked to grey to my best description would be to to say it looked like the color of concrete floor. Any how I returned the tile today and A man named Brandon who I believe was a manager still holding his morning coffee quickly listened to what I needed and helped me pick out something. Then, l because he had stuff to do and, admitted that picking out grout wasn't his specialty, he quickly helped me get some help from another specialist. Afterwards, another employee named Brandon helped me calculate how much (sq) feet I would need and helped me with the exhange. Very impressive experience -Great customer service skills and overall professionalism. Thanks the Brogrens
