For example... we wanted a flower bouquet *just days after* Valentine's Day (when supplies can be super low at florists!). “I went in hoping I had enough for some flowers and didn’t have much , the store helped me make a nice bouquet with three flowers for a very affordable price . They were exceptionally helpful and kind . (Especially the younger lady with long brown hair I didn’t get her name but was very helpful and kind also made me feel better about the lack of flowers Is gotten) but they were friendly and kind and helped me out even though I didn’t have much to work with. “This is the second time I've ordered from The Flower Company, and they've been wonderful, both times! On this latest occasion, i didn't know the cutoff time for ordering flowers to be delivered on the next day, which was for a family member's birthday.When i selected the date, i got a pop-up, telling me that they were no longer accepting orders for the next day. I decided to go ahead and place the order for the day after, then call them in the morning, and see if they could possibly squeeze it in.They delivered the flowers ON my family member's birthday, and the bouquet was huge, and beautiful, and very much appreciated by the recipient.I will order from The Flower Company every chance i get. “I cannot recommend Floriography enough!!! I don't even know where to start- from the very beginning, Emily and her team were an absolute joy to work with. They listened to what my vision was, sent mood boards, and captured my weird ideas perfectly. I truly felt like they cared about me and our special day, and they made the process leading up to the wedding so fun. The day of was even better. The florals they arranged were NEXT LEVEL- my bouquet was unbelievable- the coolest textures and colors, we had a beautiful dried palm backdrop for a neon sign, and they set up stunning floral moments everywhere. I gave them my ideas, and they ran with them and made them better than I could have ever imagined!! I could not recommend Floriography enough- if you want showstopping florals, they are the way to go.”

“I had totally forgotten that my good friends' Dads funeral was tomorrow. Since I'm a big fan of Yelp, I searched the site to see who the best reviews, Silver Springs Floral and Gift came up. The phone was answered by a friendly gal. She was friendly and helpful on the selection of the flowers I was going to send. It's always scary when ordering flowers when you are unfamiliar with the florist. I haven't been disappointed yet. I'm giving 4 stars because of the great customer service I received. I will modify the rating if I hear the flowers weren't up to par.”

“Went for a single long stemmed red rose, $5, which seemed like a reasonable price with the wrapping, bow and little water bottle in bottom. It's beautiful and the person that sold it to me was really nice.Update: Sent my 2 clueless guys in for a coursage. They only specified pink. For a reasonable $25, received a beautiful coursage for tomorrow's prom. Very pleased!”
“Visit 1/3/24We were at the first cashier past self checkout...Bagger is careless. Bagged 10 lbs of ham in one bag. 24 yogurt in one bag, along with cheese. We are healthy seniors... so we get the bulk of our food on senior day. I'm on a restricted diet, that's why so much yogurt. The bagger needs to be pay attention to how he's bagging. A lot of seniors can't carry heavy bags. There's absolutely NO reason to stuff the bags as full as he did! Still having bagger issues. Pharmacy SUCKS with new crew ... where did my favorite pharmacist go???? Unable to get the only migraine medicine I can take!!!! NOT IMPRESSED! Wasn't a issue before this new crew....”

“It took me too long to write a review.In my grief just before a funeral, Duke City Floral was kind enough to call me to verify my order and suggest a change. I am so grateful for their suggestion as I was in unfamiliar territory. I was then assured by the caller that the arrangement would be beautiful. It gave me one less thing to worry about and the recipient of the flowers could not stop expressing how amazing they were. It still brings me to tears thinking about how lovely this florist was, just when it was needed, so that I could feel confident in the flower selection. They will now be my go-to florist, highly recommend. A thoughtful and detail oriented business in this day and age is something special.”
