I have been trying to file a claim for two weeks. I can't get an adjuster to return my calls.To be clear, the ladies in this local office are great. Fred Loya insurance sucks.

This company is the worst.The adjusters take forever to call back. They don't look into your Collison or repair. They make excuses on why your policy of uninsured motorists can't take place. Full coverage isn't what it is. They lie to you they don't even look up the other person name to see if they have insurance with someone else. Meanwhile, other insurances say they have that ability. You only increase value in your car when a whole new engine is placed. Even don't expect these guys to look at your recipts. My rates have gone up even though I wasn't found at fault. On top of that they estimate your total loss by looking at pictures they don't send someone to actually look at your car, neither so they send it to the shop, nor do they give you evidence of paper work stating damage costs to fix the vehicle. Which means it would be more than the deductible 2k which means they would have to pay. So they just deem the loss exactly less than 2k. They are scammers! The worst! Stay away!

Terrible! Was with them for two years. Had BASIC liability no uninsured no nothing no roadside not SQUAT. Then they RAISED my rates after TWO years of not even so much as being pulled over.... got a lower rate AND added extras ( renters non insured towing and roadside) for LESS than just basics. Never again?

I wouldn’t rate them any star. Becareful doing a claim w them and they are not helpful. They are unprofessional and they will make a decision w out letting you know. They don’t answer their phone. I wouldn’t recommend this low class insurance.

Say they are open till 6:00 PM, but close an hour early and then sit there and ignore you. Not even the decency to come to the door and say they are closed.

HORRIBLE insurance company!!!Fred Loya will happily take you money.Especially young drivers. If your in an accident expect no support from Fred Loya Insurance!!Look them up, HORRIBLE reviews! Do you roams your wallet a favor, find another company that will offer good, fair coverage... Fred Loya Insurance is no the one!!!!
