The little girl that works here is so rude and unfriendly..You ruin her day just walking in the door!Nobody can be in there and she will ignore you.Her face hangs to the floor..it's awful. Ruins my day . Went down the Street..Super Friendly..Central/Coors..Super Friendly.However will be switching car Insurance being this was the closest to me.I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Calling around for insurance and the person was very dismissive of questions. If the person greeting you on the phone is rushing you on basic questions, I wonder what other people's experiences are with filing a claim through them as an insurance company. Maybe it was a one off, but that's how my call went.

They don't like to pay out for damages or Medical even when you pay for coverage Not very good services,,,???????

Fred Loya has great rates and they are very friendly until you get in an accident. Very few body shops will even deal with them. Fred Loya doesn't take estimates, they tell the body shop what they are willing to pay. So the Body shop has to take it or leave it.

Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! Not only are the clerks super rude and unprofessional, I somehow have landed up paying an extra $40 a month for...???No one could say. The hidden fees and unprofessional, knowledgeable, and rude staff contributed to such a horrible experience I gladly paid an extra $50 (surprise!) just to cancel before my term was up. I completely regretted my decision to carry insurance here. My guess is you would too.
