I had two tax returns from several years back. Nothing special just one joint return and one individual return. I took them to Freedom taxes on November 21st and still have not completed the returns. I called 2 weeks ago and they said they were done but the boss had to review them and she was somewhere getting training. I still have not heard from them.

Ms Vila Diaz-Vega and crew were super friendly, very thorough, and finished faster than the scheduled time. The office has a very comfortable and friendly vibe. Pricing is extremely reasonable and they are open year round. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Freedom Tax, proved to be extremely unreliable. For the fact that a relative of mine who would use Freedom tax, had their tax management done in a manner which ended causing the state to believe that my relative wasn't a service provider which ended causing the state to incure penalties and interests that cost in the tens of thousands. When we asked the employees of Freedom tax about this their response, which was weeks late, was to blame my relative saying that if they were a service provider they should of mentioned it. If we pay to manage our tax payments, it's because we don't understand how to do them on our own if we did, we wouldn't payed for those services.
