It’s a really good GameStop in my opinion. Pretty big, but gets really crowded and there’s hardly anyone room to move in there from all the people (from the times I’ve been in there). But it has a bunch of good games, Funko pops, and action figures.

I tried doing a cash trade in at this location and they denied me. I called them 3 times, morning , afternoon, and before close and they either ignored my call or said that they didn't have cash. As a Business, you should be able to have the proper amount of money in your drawer for the services you offer. I have tried to use this location multiple times and they usually have the same answer. Go to any other store than this one. They cannot help you properly

Came in to trade my Xbox for a refurbished one and the trade machine was down, so I was told they would hold it while I went to another GameStop to complete my trade (was not told for how long they would hold it) after driving across town multiple times and coming back THE VERY NEXT AFTERNOON I was told they had sold it, btw place smells like dump

I was just in there and found a game that said 29.99 on it took it to the counter and it rang up 60 bucks. I asked why so much when the sticker says 30. I'm told price ha gone up and they haven't changed the sticker yet and I have to buy it at 60 not the price on the game, which is 30. Stay away from this store. I do not recommend this store to anyone

We are really disappointed in GameStop. We purchased Red Dead Redemption for switch and the game didn’t work immediately. We attempted to return the game as defective and were offered half of what we paid in store credit. The guy working there tried to get us to buy insurance for our game and even said broken cartridges happen frequently. I think it’s pretty wild to not refund our money on a fake that didn’t work to begin with. We tried to return the game within a week. I really don’t think it makes sense to have to buy coverage for something that should function. So incredibly wack. We won’t come to GameStop going forward. Even Amazon has a 30 day return policy for game cartridges. I’d rather support a business like GameStop but I’m not going to donate money to them if they won’t stand behind the products they sell.
