TO BE CLEAR I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Dissapointing experience all around. 2018 Subaru WRX just outside of its 5 year warranty but that doesn’t matter since the steering rack is not covered. The service department did not put mats or seat covers down and ultimately returned a poorly serviced routine recall. After being quoted $2500 for a steering rack the dealership refused to provide part numbers for my reference. I will literally never come to this dealership or service center again. Do not let their new facade fool you.

totally surprised when the service department did not charge me after telling me I would need to pay AN $175 diagnosis fee. Fiesta Subaru is off to a good start at the new location. Great facility.

Buying a car can often feel stressful, but the team at Fiesta was patient and helpful. I shopped around at other dealerships and the difference was stark.While I was helped by a few people during the buying process at Fiesta, Tyler was my primary sales person and was a delight to work with. He gave me time to consider my options, answered my questions with candor and I must stress, he did not make me feel pressured at any point.I ended up with car that fit my needs exactly, and I couldn't be happier.

I got my Forester Wilderness here, great service, great experience. Ed was the best. He explained everything and gave me weekly updates while I waited for delivery. They recently moved to a new building too, super nice waiting area with snacks and drinks. Every customer gets the VIP treatment!

I’m a dedicated Subaru owner—i love their products as well as their commitment to community and social issues. I now own a wonderful plug in hybrid and couldn’t be happier! I had the car in for an oil change Oct 2023. My first visit to the new Fiesta dealership in ABQ. Wow! Big, clean, attractive, well organized! I mean—an espresso while you wait? I always travel with my golden retriever and she loved the little dog park they’ve added in the new facility and gave the dog treats ??. The service was quick and efficient. My service representative, Gabrielle, was friendly and helpful. Well done Fiesta!

Josh is one of the most personable & customer-focused salesman at Fiesta Subaru. He treats one as a family member/close friend meeting all of one's requests/wishes for a vehicle. He goes the extra mile more than fulfilling one's expectations. Can't recommend him enough. Truly an asset to Fiesta Subaru. Thanks Josh.

I couldn't believe it! Fiesta Subaru installed a "new" battery in my 2015 Subaru Forester - for $265; but left the corroded wires attached. I didn't ask for a battery. This "new" battery completely failed in 7 weeks! I couldn't use my car for 5 days, couldn't pick up my Rx's, couldn't get groceries! I was stranded! I can't help wondering if A) Fiesta Subaru had a bunch of old batteries that were close to going bad, and was trying to add revenue to pay for their luxurious new building, or B) is just grossly incompetent, or C) takes advantage of women who aren't car savvy. Unbelievable! They charged me over $1,900!

Service at Fiesta Subaru service department was great. Arron and the rest of the staff that I encountered were very professional friendly and helpful in the repair of my Forester. Customer service was exceptional something you don't find very often in today's world. Thank you for making it easy to get my car fixed and for loaning me a vehicle while mine was broken, this was so helpful to me and my family continue on with life. We will be back for all our Subaru needs, God bless."

I walked in to Fiesta Subaru at 9am, with no appointment, while traveling across country from New York. My Check Engine light was on, triggering all of my other warning lights!!! I explained my situation to Jair Rendon, the Service Advisor and he didn't bat an eye. He assured me that he would have my car looked at as soon as possible. Once the issue was diagnosed, the mechanics were able to fix it and also were able to change the oil and rotate the tires, at my request. Waiting in this dealership was a pleasure... brand new, friendly staff, refreshments and comfortable waiting area! When Jair handed me my keys (and a clean car!) I had tears in my eyes. I am forever grateful for the professionalism and kindness that I received at Fiesta Subaru.

Had a mysterious issue with the battery, left it for a few days to get tests. They said it was ready to be picked up so I went over, and they lost it. Someone stole my car right from the dealership. not only did they lose the car and claim no liability, but the car had issues still. I took it to a basic dealership and they took care of it. negligence, lack of professionalism, didn't take me seriously.

Abraham was the one to help me with my Outback when I was ready to purchase one. We had communicated via, mobile, text, and email. I was finally ready for a 2024 OBW in Silver and I saw Fiesta had one one the way. I was able to get it reserved and a hitch installed on it. Abraham was great at communicating through out the whole process and afterwards as well.

Bought a brand new Subaru in 2015 and I love it. Fast forward to 2023 and I’m broken down on the side of the road with a tire puncture. Trying to put on my spare tire I realized I don’t have my wheel lock. I go to fiesta Subaru, hoping they can sell me a key that matches my existing Wheelock so I could put my spare on. Their parts associate was helpful and looked through several wheel lock keys to ensure to get me the right one. They sold me set that didn’t fit. Mind you I had to open the packaging to see if they fit. I return two days later with the unused item and a receipt to return it because it did not fit my wheel. Having to speak to the parts manger, Patrick Johnson, they refused to refund me under the principle that the packaging was too damaged to resale. After losing faith in fiesta Subaru I went to Garcia Subaru. Garcia then too sold me wheel locks that didn’t fit, except when I told Garcia Subaru this they apologized for their mistake and gladly took back the wheel lock no questions asked. Unfortunately I had to escalate this to Subaru corporate (I now have case number, thanks Subaru corporate) because Patrick Johnson was unwilling to help me unlike the Garcia Subaru. If their parts department won’t take care of you for a $50 return that was THEIR mistake, I’m scared what their sales team will do. Stick to buying your Subarus from Garcia.I have attached a picture to show you all how “destroyed” the packaging is.

Really irritated that I can’t give them zero stars. Sold me a lemon. Called for weeks to hear back about maintenance. Engine blew out on the freeway 2 months after I bought a Subaru with less than 80k on it. Everyone is hopelessly disorganized, rude, lazy, unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, buy a car from Garcia or literally anywhere else. If I bought my crack hear neighbor’s 15 year old Honda, I would have had a better experience.

I was super impressed with Fiesta Subaru! I first visited Garcia and couldn't come to a deal on an Outback. So I drove down to Fiesta and found the same Outback with the same price as Garcia. After working with Ed for a few minutes they beat Garcia's price by more than 2000 dollars! I thought I was going to have to fight to get the price I wanted but they simply gave me what I wanted. Abby in finance was also a pleasure to deal with and her doggo. I was also impressed with the new building. It includes a dog park and even a bike stand with tools. Very happy with my experience and the smooth deal!
