They are ok, but my gosh they are slow, no sense of urgency they can have. A line of people and they are just goofing pff, taking their time not using their time well. They need some supervision and move faster for sure. Worse customer service, I been here waiting for 20 min and no one had said I’ll be right with you. I can hear them laughing in the back.

Two techs came in and set up my 77in LG G3 and my sound system and I could not be more happier. Besides the TV being phenomenal please show me how to operate it and get the best picture and sound from it. Great job guys thank you.

I came in to the store to use my geek squad protection on three idems. I have spent alot of money with Bestbuy for the past ten plus years. The manager who had been called to assist because two of my idems had been discontinued. He stated that since one idem was alexia digital device and was the first generation that I could pay $80 to get the newer device. I bought my idem on a black Friday deal but, paid the additional money for the geek squad protection for replacement of same device or comparable device. He said nope! I have worked her as the manager for 7 years and have never heard that. I said well my phone is dead and I know the guide lines very well and what you are saying, isn't true. I said it use to be posted in huge writing along with you will match any lower price plus 10% but, that seems to be gone. He was very rude and stood there like he was expecting me to try to take it to a different level. I took my gift card that wasI was given for the $50 ( not the extra $30 I paid for the protection I never got and left. I doubt I will ever return to either bestbuy store. I am tired of the attitudes, bad customer service and the lack of caring about there promise to there customers. If this is the case, why would I ever pay extra for a idem they refuse to replace? I am sticking to Amazon. There prices are better and they know how to keep there customers happy. I tried calling the store to speak to the actual store manager( not the very sloppy,over weight, rude retail manager that was working) but, apartently they don't take customer calls. And the other location was closed on a Saturday at 11:00 A.M. so guess this company is in trouble. I hope they close for good, nobody needs to ever be treated like the way I was treated and honestly I doubt most of the employees there have no idea that there are rules to how you treat and speak to customers that you want to keep. I probably have paid a couple of there employees wages by me buying all my appliances, this, electronics from them over the many years I have been a customer. Thats why there in a financial crises currently, customers that spend big dollars are walking out the door for good. They can add there company to the long list of companies that no longer are open. K-mart, Sears, Toysrus, ect..... shame on them!!!! I look foreward to there announcement that they are closing there doors!!! Good luck Mr. Retail Manager, finding a job with your appearance and attitude!!!

Why would you need to make an appointment to get your device looked at there should still be a place where people can get and line and wait....there was no one there and they still wouldn't help people just make appointments to help them 3 days from now.

Terrible service. Waited in line for 20 mins was never checked in for appointment, by the time the rep got to me. Said I missed the appointment and said to treat me as a walk in and proceeded to walk off with no resolution. Terrible customer service. Terrible staff

I hate giving Best Buy a negative review. We don't have many choices when it comes to where to purchase electronic equipment, computers, etc. But in this case, I have to.About 10 days ago I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S23+ phone, to replace my old S10. I'd been experiencing some very odd behavior with my phone, so before the 14 days in which I can return my phone expired I went to this location to talk to them about the problems I've been experiencing. The guy at the phone area wasn't able to help me, so he recommended I go to the Geek Squad area to talk with them. I did so. I demonstrated the issues, which were easily repeatable. Then the guy who was helping me (I didn't get his name) had my new phone in his hand. He noticed that the default launcher was set to Microsoft Launcher. Without asking me, he just switched it to One UI launcher. I admit that seems to have resolved my issues. But what I did NOT like was his changing the launcher WITHOUT ASKING! He said he didn't recognize Microsoft Launcher. That's irrelevant - I chose Microsoft Launcher 3 years ago for my S10 and wanted to continue using it. Just because a person at the Geek Squad doesn't recognize something doesn't mean the customer necessarily doesn't as well. I would much rather have been consulted about it and then after reasoned discussion made the decision to switch the launcher from Microsoft Launcher to One UI. I felt treated with disrespect. I spent years crafting the 4 pages I used on my old S10 and was migrated to my new S23+. Now, I've got to go through the pain of reconstructing it. I probably would have done so anyway, because doing so has resolved the issues I was having, so clearly the Microsoft Launcher on S23+ has issues. But in the future, ASK THE CUSTOMER IF YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE SYSTEM CHANGES! PLEASE!!

You can walk in with a link on your phone to a device you need and they will not help you find it. They will instead point you in the wrong direction or just say they don't have it. If you go looking on your own you will eventually find what you need.

My boyfriends niece new phone was having problems and Xavier took care of us while being a gentleman and helped us out without any gimmicks. He made sure to explain what he did and how to update her phone so the glitch doesn't happen again. Great service excellent experience!

I've left the store more than once, because I was unable to get assistance. Today I came in looking for a Wi-Fi router. After searching, I stopped someone and ask them where I could find Wi-Fi routers. They literally ran me over to the aisle and then literally ran away. I began sorting through the devices and found that most of the ones on the top shelf had no price. The ones on the lower shelves were very expensive. So sad and I couldn't find anyone one to ask. I'm headed home to buy one from Amazon. At least they have prices!

Very disappointed in the Geek Squad. We took my mother's car in to get a remote start installed. While they installed it correctly, they also stole $80 from her glove compartment box (we confirmed it was in there just before the appointment and missing just after). Best Buy has yet to return my calls or emails to rectify the situation and make sure no one else is taken advantage of. Beware!

we were in the market for a washing machine, and stopped at Best Buy. I looked the machines over, and then walked all over the store and could not find anyone to help us. My wife went to the cashier and asked him to send someone over to help- never showed up. Never again will I waste my time there. Went to Home Depot, got immediate attention and great service- bought the washer there- apparently BB didn't want our money.
