Service was good, not the most knowledgeable but willing to assist, which was nice. They had a good selection for what we were looking for. Got a receipt scanner and a new monitor.

Curbside pickup is AWFUL. We've tried to use this service several times and each time we wait for up to 30 minutes before finally going inside and being told "Oh ya...that happens a lot. It's better to just come inside." If they're not going to fulfill that service, they shouldn't offer it and just remove that option from their website. And when you try to call the store, you wait a long time too. The customer service is just TERRIBLE at this location.

Usually very good, but don't choose the call back option because they do not return calls as promised.

I went into best buy to ask about cameras because I was interested, and also look around. When I get to the camera area there was nobody there at all. They were all too busy huddled around the desks talking to each other and messing around. When I finally asked the girl with really poorly dyed blonde hair named Ana if she could help me with the cameras. She straight up said no and that she could go get someone. I thought that was good customer service until she just went to another help desk where her other employee friends were then started just talking with them instead of helping me. I stood there for thirty minutes with no help and with that Ana girl walking around trying to avoid eye contact with me. Then FINALLY I get help from a girl with also poorly dyed red / orange hair with a black bald spot. Her name tag said "mini" camera expert. So I ask her all my questions then she helped but throughout the conversation she would just go on her phone and I thought she was looking up something for me but she was texting her friend. I'm assuming it was that other ana girl because later she came up to mini to discuss their text conversation in person. It was very unprofessional, so I asked for the manager who took twenty minutes to get to me. This manager was named ari, she just kept pretending to care about why I was upset and ALSO just went to her phone after a bit. WOW WHY BE A MANAGER IF YOU CAN'T EVEN MANAGE NOT GOING ON YOUR PHONE FOR A FEW MINUTES?!?! So on my way out I saw another manager named Keaton and he seemed like he was the big boss since he was just standing there doing nothing but telling his employees to do his dirty work. I also had an unpleasant conversation with that clown of a manager who again brushed my situation to the side because clearly customer loyalty doesn't matter. Best buy is a decent company but they have to hire better managers and better employees because if they keep this up, they're going to end up losing more customers! NEVER COMING BACK TO SUCH A CARELESS ENVIRONMENT THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT RUNNING AROUND THE STORE TO SOCIALIZE AND STAND AT THE DOOR LOOKING AT PEOPLE COME IN.

I waited all day for my appointment to have someone come and fix my washer they had just installed. They no showed me and didn't even call to tell me they weren't coming. Wasted my entire Sunday waiting from 7am-7pm, I also had an appointment a week prior for them to correct the issue but they didn't send out a tech, only two installers so it didn't get fixed. Now they're not coming out in another five days because they can't accommodate me sooner after they blew off the original appointment. Livid.

I entered the store at 146pm meeting to buy a laptop, the Alienware X 17, and a ring camera solar panel. No assistance at all, in the computer section there were four employees, one other customer besides myself, and I could get no assistance despite asking one of the employees who only responded it wasn't my area. going over to the ring, six different employees told me it was not their area, and to wait and someone would be with me shortly. There were 13 employees I counted on the floor, I interacted with seven of them and got no one to unlock the ring solar panel case. I have no clue what I'm supposed to do, you ask for help it's no one's area, you stand there and no one will come to you, this store Hass to be heading for closure because I had 3K I was ready to spend on a computer and couldn't find anyone, again, to help me.No clue who the manager is, but this is a normal problem and in a retail store where you are ready to buy something you should not be looking for someone to help you purchase simple items for over a half hour. Yes this is a repeated experience.

Loyal and solid Best Buy customer for 25+ years...My experience with the store today was about as bad as it could get.Hotel Road, ABQFirst - this location has to be the worst location of any Best Buy in the country ... it's located in an obscure unsafe (feeling) location which feels deserted.Complete with a strong "hired security presence" this store lacks a professional, pleasant and knowledgable staff including the manager I interfaced with today (her name is Ari). She was more concerned about fluffing her hair, and "counter tapping" her unprofessional overly long fake nails.I was as polite and pleasant as I could be explaining the deficiency with the $32 ear buds I purchased, and she continually referenced the 15 day return policy at their store. Repeating it over and over as if I am a toddler. I referenced the volume of business we've done with Best Buy over the years, and asked her to review our purchase volume." She ignored my request and suggested I should sign up for their upgraded program.Wow - Good To know Ari ... Good To Know Best Buy doesn't value customer loyalty. I wonder if this is the new "cuthroat culture" of Best Buy. If so, they deserve the type of customers who visit the store to touch products, then order from cheaper places online. What a waste of energy, time and money - we'll never come back here.Note: Our Las Cruces Best Buy was an exceptionally well run operation, which I reviewed last year. We miss their business acumen, and felt like a valued customer where we returned regularly to buy iPhones, iPads, Laptops, Desktops, TV's and Washer Dryers (6 pair over the past ten years).

I went to Best Buy to get a pair of noise-canceling headphones. The first employee I asked for help was dusting a display case and listed their best headphone models and pointed to the direction they were located, but didn't come assist. The next employee I asked was walking by the headphone display and I asked if they could help get the display headphones to work, as the bank of displays wasn't turning on. He said they should be working, wasn't sure why they weren't, and that instead of trying on a pair in store, I could buy a pair and try them at home and if I didn't like them I could return them. When I asked for a manager to talk about the lack of customer service and non-working displays, I was told they were all unavailable for a "floor meeting" and the store didn't have a mechanism for a manager follow-up. I ended up walking by a blu-ray series set of 30 Rock and bought that, so not a total bust, but it's sure hard to get businesses to take your money nowadays! I'd recommend shopping elsewhere if you need to test the product you're buying in any way.

Well, it doesn't matter what store you go to in the Best Buy chain; they consistently suck.I want to buy a 4k large-screen monitor. I was told to go to the middle back wall of the store. The sale guy walks up and wants to fist bump me. I looked at his first and did not bump back. He stands there and waits until I bump hs first before he talks to me. I am not your friend; I just want a customer relationship. So, since he is standing there making this uncomfortable, I give in and bump. I asked about the TV in question that I saw online. He shows me the TV on his phone. NO, I saw it online and want to see it in person. I don't need your salespeople to show me how to surf your website! Now he is looking for a TV monitor. He sends me to the right side of the store to find it. I go to that side then that salesperson sends me to the opposite side of the store. There are two employees talking to each other. I wait for about 5 mins, nothing, they don't give me the time of day. Now I have covered much of your store. No one shows me the tv monitors I want to buy. So I left. What a joke,

Overpriced for TV install. Called for estimate and they told me $245.99, called back a few days later and they told me $245.99 plus $99 for “special surface” fee. Told them it would be installed on stucco the first time around. Found a handyman for $75.

Bought a laptop about 3 months ago. My screen is now broken and I took it in to be fixed Still have 9 months left on my warranty, but they couldn't find any purchases on my account. I have bought plenty of things from this store and for them to say there are no purchases on my account is ridiculous.
