Took my Jetta here for an oil change. After the oil change, it started leaking out of the drain plug. Sam took it back immediately, and found out the old drain plug was not an authentic VW part so it was leaking. He replaced it with a new authentic one, no charge. Car has been bone dry ever since. Great honest place to take your German car to, they will make things right!

Sam was awesome. He replaced a broken electronic shock and found an oil leak. Both problems were longstanding which Audi ABQ failed to notice!

This morning I took my 2018 BMW 750I in for an estimate to repair the rear flex disc. I was informed by BMW that it was cracked and needed to be replaced. Sam went over the inspection scheduled with me. The car was put on the rack and a thorough inspection was performed. Sam took me over and showed me what had been diagnosed and informed me there was no need to have the flex disk replaced. Had he informed me the disc needed to be replaced I would have had the work done. The previous quoted estimate was over one thousand dollars. My vehicle is out of warranty of course, I will definitely return to have any and all repairs and servicing done at German Precision.

I called and spoke to Sam this morning regarding a replacement of my BMW 2016x3 battery. After he promptly responded with an estimate, he was able to get the battery replaced and registered before noon this very same day. We were very thankful he had a cancellation and was able to fit us in!! Sam was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He made us feel welcome and answered our questions. Not to mention his prices are very reasonable!!
We highly recommend German Precision for all your automotive needs!!

Sam is absolutely brilliant!He did some major work on my 2001 BMW 325xi and the car is running absolutely amazing and smooth like it suppose to!Also, I notice that Sam had adjusted my headlights because they were not shinning properly down the road at night. He took the time to adjust them out of his already extremely busy day without saying anything. That just speaks volume of his integrity and attention to detail that he gives every car that goes through his garage. Ever since I've moved to Albuquerque I have been taking my car to German Precision. This owner is very honest and reliable. For example, my car had some repairs that could have been fixed by the manufacturers extended warranty. The owner was honest enough to let me know to take my car to BMW dealership that way I would not have to pay anything. Time after time he has been reliable and I really appreciate his honesty.

I always receive quality service and maintenance on my vehicle at a reasonable price when I come here. The staff are very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience working for German automakers. I suggest making an appointment with with them more than a month in advance because they will most likely be booked. You have to drive through a parking lot and go through a gate to reach the entrance.

Call me lazy but I normally don’t leave reviews. Yet these good folks are worthy of this review. The Local Audi dealership quoted me $1,700 for the 40k mile tune up/work. These good folks quoted nearly $500 for the exact same work. No brainer!! I tried German Precision and I couldn’t be happier. They did excellent work and didn’t try to get rich off of one customer, no question regarding their honesty and professionalism!!!Services: Transmission
