Goodwill is a nonprofit organization that offers more than just a thrift shopping experience. It helps local residents find jobs and access social services through free programs funded mainly by the sales of donated items such as clothing, furniture, and housewares. The store provides good value for money, with no sales tax on used items since taxes are already paid. Customers often note the helpful and courteous staff, highlighting employees who assist with large or difficult items. The store is generally clean, well-organized, and has a wide selection of items at reasonable prices, making it a popular choice for bargain hunters. However, some shoppers find the store somewhat disorganized, with occasional pricing issues or mismatched clothing tags, and feel that certain items, like toys and clothing, are overpriced compared to other options. Despite these minor concerns, many appreciate the friendly service and the store’s mission to support the community. Overall, Goodwill is a reliable place to find affordable items while contributing to a good cause.
I’m visiting from out of town, I’ve been to a lot of Goodwills and this is by far the best one, the first thing I noticed was how well kept and organized everything was and how the clothes were even color coordinated ! Staff is top notch, Priscilla and Brandon were amazing, I’ll be visiting every time we come!

Management unprofessional on sales floor, I have witnessed workers manhandle customers, profanity on the floor, And workers that eavesdrop on my personal conversation. I have managed for 21 years and need to mention there’s a lot of red flags in this facility…. I will not be revisiting any Goodwill whatsoever
