Goodwill is more than just a local thrift store - it's a nonprofit agency that helps New Mexicans find jobs and access specialized social services. Funded primarily by the sale of donated items, Goodwill's stores offer a wide range of affordable clothing, housewares, furniture, and more. While some customers have expressed concerns about rising prices and the quality of certain electronics, others have found great deals, like a tote of toys for $10 or a high-end robot for a fraction of the retail price. Goodwill's mission to support the community is appreciated, but some customers feel the pricing could be more transparent about the allocation of profits. Overall, Goodwill provides a unique shopping experience and valuable community services.

Love this store. Employees are top notch. I just hate the return policy. No receipt, no return, even with the tags still on. Oh and dressing rooms would be nice.
