Prices are outrageous on old and ugly pieces of clothing. The men’s section is also almost non existent too.

Upscale brand named items. This is the better used items that are donated to Goodwill. You never know what you will find.

You are not a vintage shop. You do not deserve to get full value for an item. Fix your prices cause I’ve noticed in past 1-2 weeks prices are crap. What happened to this place!?

I do not donate here any more because the guys that work in the donation drop off, in the back of the store, are rude as heck; especially the big, heavy-set gentleman. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever and lazy! This man is actually intimidating and should not be working customer service. It’s not like I’ve ever tried to donate trash. So, now, I just go to Savers across the way to donate items. At least at Savers the employees have excellent customer service and you get a coupon to shop.

Antique, beveled mirror - rude guy says, “We don’t want that.” Antique oak side chair- same rude guy says, “We don’t want that. It has a scratch on it.” Used to be a great place to donate and shop. Not so much anymore. This guy seems to want us to buy merchandise and bring to him brand new. He just sits and criticizes. Took same items to a thrift store where they sold for good amounts in two days. Big mistake, rude dude.

I've donated twice a month for years. Ever since they hired this new guy and overweight dude who has an attitude I've noticed things have gone to hell. I walked up today with a box full of all kinds of things and some of it really good stuff. I'm standing there asking him what would you like me to do with this stuff and he said what is it? I said it's all kinds of things he looked at the top of the box and says we don't take that kind of stuff this is not a dump. I asked for the manager and the manager backed him up without even looking deeper into the box. I told them what they could do with it and I will never be back to this Goodwill again. It's implied in the name this is Goodwill. Take the stuff you want don't take the stuff you don't want but be a little bit more intelligent. I'll never go back to this location again.

Definitely not for "thrifty". This is however where you will find higher end clothing- mostly women's. Low selection of furniture

Went to this location looking for an upscale nicer secondhand environment, was met with fake luxury goods and poor customer service. I purchased a Gucci item that I was told was authentic, and guaranteed I could return within a week if I had any issues. Nowhere on the receipt, the front counter, or checkout area does it easily or noticeably say that the return is for store credit and that it can ONLY be used at this location. The manager only shook her head & said her employee should have let me know, but their policy was not conveyed properly when asked at the time of purchase. Very disappointed with this interaction and will not be recommending this location to others in the future.
