Do you have children? Don’t take them to Carmen. My 2 year old not even crying or screaming. Just said “no” when the Carmen tried to touch him. Immediately with an attitude of someone who must be truly miserable stops throws her hands up and says “I don’t cut kids hair” and picked up my toddler and threw him off her chair. And then laughed. I was in shock. Waiting for the GM to call me. But I will never come back. And I warn anyone with kids to re think bringing them here as long as she’s working.

I had a really bad day but needed a good hair cut. Went in and didnt wait at all. Kenneth took care of me with humor and kindness. He acknowledged and joked around with my daughter and had some good jokes and stories. Will definitely be back to see him.

We got a stylist today, which my son hadn’t had in a while. She brought up the incident that happened a few months back where he threw her clippers. My son had a full on meltdown because she wouldn’t finish his hair and a nice guy finished it for her. I won’t be back ever, because I’m embarrassed and because of her attitude. My son has autism and Down syndrome and gets overwhelmed at times.

This is like my second time going to this location and Gabriel does outstanding haircuts. I always love how my pixie hairdo comes out. He’s so nice and knowledgeable and he also recommended me some hair product.

Took my gf here for a small cut/take care of dead ends. They were sooo nice! And gave a lot of helpful information. Def more of a salon vibe than a Great Clips! Would def recommend! LGBTQ+ friendly too🌈
