Tried different location, really like my cut this month! Can't go wrong or at least I haven't went wrong with great clips. Like the atmosphere and haven't got one stylist to complain about. Been coming to great clips for awhile now, and just found out will be getting one closer to me here in Los Ranchos. 4th and Osuna right around the corner!

I had terrible experience here today. I've never encountered a hairstylist who can't cut hair like this in my entire life. The lengths of my hair on both sides are uneven, and I asked her to thin it out, but the hairstylist completely failed to understand. When I picked up the thinning scissors myself, she half-heartedly tried to do something. I can't walk around with my hair like this for months. My hair is a mess.
I regret that she cut my hair, and I didn’t want to pay, but I had no choice but to do so. My money feels wasted. I would strongly advise you never to come here. Whatever she did, my hair ended up all over my clothes and shoes. If you want to ruin your hairstyle, go here.

I have not been let down at this locatiin. The ladies are friendly, make conversation and triple check your needs to make sure it gets done right the first time. The really nice thing is you can go to anyone of them and they all do an amazing job!

First time at this location & noticed quickly how clean it was! Rhonda was my stylist & she is always SO kind, patient, & really listens to what the client wants. I’m always super happy with the end result whenever she cuts my hair. Thanks for being so awesome Rhonda!! I’ll be back again at this location. :)

My son got his haircut here tonight. I wasn't happy with the results and a little frustrated, but I truly appreciate the young lady who tried and looks to still be still learning and training. Thank you so much for taking the time, and I hope that the situation doesn't discourage you. Thank you to the store manager for jumping in.

My first time at this location. It was a wise move. My stylist did an excellent job. Both stylists there when I went in really knew what they were doing. Very nice work!

I figured that they shouldn’t be able to screw up my hair since it’s so long and I only need a trim. ?♀️ it’s so boxy and doesn’t look natural at all. Waste of money. I’ll have my sister do it if this is what you get here.

Took my daughter to get her first haircut today. The girl literally took 5 minutes to cut her hair. She didn't even make sure my daughter’s hair was very wet when cutting, didn’t section her hair, literally cut her hair straight across, she didn’t even bother to section her hair at all, not even from where I had her hair and bangs parted beforehand to make sure it was centered correctly. I’m a cosmetologist so I know this girl was being lazy thinking I wasn’t gonna know any different. I didn’t complain because when we left I didn’t notice how crooked and uneven it was because my daughter still had the creases in her hair from where I had her hair ties holding her ponytails since this girl didn’t even bother really getting my daughters hair saturated to cut it. BUT once we got home, I gave my daughter a bath, combed out her hair and noticed how crooked and uneven my daughter’s hair is. I’m pretty upset and kicking myself because I had a feeling I should’ve said something and I didn’t. But SHE as a professional should take more pride in her work and if she doesn’t have the knowledge in cutting hair, she shouldn’t do it. We went for the first haircut experience. A zero degree haircut should not look like this when done correctly.
