Well generally I'd say that this place is great, it's just that this time I got some screenprint supplies and the product ended up being no good. Expired i presume. It was dried up and unusable.😩

One major problem is there are no electrical carts, only one large manual wheelchair. Even for someone used to using one, the size and condition would make getting around difficult.
They have plenty of merchandise, not just crafts. Great place to get things to decorate a home. Isles are ample and the departments well laid out. Enough staff to pick up the slack during busy times.

Tried buy a mirror.. the wood frame was not straight big time
Went back to get a different one ..same thing ..manger didn't take them off the self either...wow

It's Hobby Lobby. If you don't look like the expected demographic you get watched and most of the workers will treat you poorly. Great way to push your agenda, get the most judgmental people with disgusting attitudes and then overwork them, it makes for great customer service. God forbid you ask to use the restroom. Here's a tip, go shop at a different craft store. $20 for scissors is outlandish when the same pair is at Michael's, JoAnn's, and even WALMART for maybe a third of the price.
It's always so great to get the most sarcastic "Did you find everything you were looking for?" As if they want to start a fight with me. Everyone in that store needs mental help, and this is coming from a place of pity at this point.

Love the store and love shopping there but the Cashier today Catherine was rude as hell to my fiance. Let the co manager know.. My fiance stormed out and refuses now to go back..
