I'm offended last night babe&i were at hone depot shopping and the worker's made us feel so so un-comfortable!! I was hurrying up to the line where my bf was paying and a woman who cld barley speak to me literally ran nxt to me lik i was gna wlk out w a $15 on sale table light!! n followed me sayN shell ring me up! I looked at her so confusd by the tym i got to my man in line she stood right nxt to us, nxt thng we look up & we were practlly surrounded by evry pathetic security n wrkr on shift!! We almost left n didn't buy a thing bc of the way we were treated, stereo typed & dis-respectd but tht wld hav given thm judgmental jerks a reasn to tlk n assume we were gna steal so my man pulld out a nice stack of cash n paid thm! Im so sik of getting treatd this way almost evry store i step foot in its gttng old!! if ne1 knows anythng i can do abt this pls reach out!! Im rlly gttng annoyd by these ppl who thnk their high n mighty bc thy stnd arnd tryN to be police but their not!! One day these ppl are gna get hurt by the wrong person who aint gna be so patient as we were!!

CAUTION! when purchasing an appliance, make sure ypou have it installed and working within 48 hours. My contracter couldn't make until 5 days later and determined that this stove top will not work with my counter. The unit was never touched, just the box opened. They refuse to accept a return outside the 48 hour window. A multi Billion $ company can't even help a little peon like me. They all talk so nice and sweet to improve their customer suppoprt. I usually buy all my appliances at Bestbuy (14 days to return). Bestbuy didn't have the oner I wanted so i tried Home depot. I know won't even buy a nail from them. DISGUSTING!

This store is an absolute crap show. I get it that Albuquerque has crime, but the fact that there are almost no power tools on display, and that you have to be escorted to the register to make your purchase is ridiculous. When you have security on site, they have isles unnecessarily blocked off And I waited for 15+ minutes for someone to return to get the tool I needed only to find them helping somebody else and walking right past me without saying a word. I have a choice when it comes to where I spend my money and should not have to put in that much effort to make a purchase a I will not return to this location and I am sure that they are fine with that. This type of service and customer experience is why people choose to shop online.

never never use Home Depot to replace windows. My window replacement started 9 months ago and is still not completed. Their pricing is good but they measured my windows wrong on 3 different times. They had to replace multiple windows due to defects but the worse part was the customer service was run from Phoenix Arizona office. They do not call you back and you have to constantly contact them for updates. When you pay over $10,000 to have your windows replaced and it's supposed to take about 3 months and it's now out to 9 months and still not finished cheaper is not better. Simply put they don't do a good job of follow up or follow thru.

I ordered a water heater early November. It supposed to be here for pickup on the 28 th November, it's been in transit in Albuquerque since the 1 St of December. No human customer service. No answers about the order. The last time I deal with Home Depot. It has gone to hell since computers taken over.

Went in to get paint so my boyfriend can finish painting. My mom‘s house was ready to pay at self check out and immediately the heavyset girl with glasses points at the register that we can go to so as my boyfriend and I are walking over there to scan our items ourselves she has the scanner ready and starts scanning our items for us, nobody else got that treatment but my boyfriend and I never felt so uncomfortable at this Home Depot until now

Purchased an item online and between the warehouse, customer service and the store staff including the manager are the worse team I have ever encounter. They are not coordinated and blame each other with zero accountability. My advice is, take your team on a field trip and visit chik fil a. Also, visit an amazon warehouse for additional training so your team can learn coordination. This is an embarrassment.

Beyond frustrated! I found a bathroom vanity online and took a screen shot to send my husband. When I went to purchase it, it was 3 times the amount so I kept looking and found another one sent a screen shot to my husband and again 3 times the amount. By the time I came to the store, 30 minutes later, they advised they couldn’t honor it and I would need to call the “.com” number.Spent over 45 minutes with them and they refuse to honor the price that I have date and time stamp on. I advised that if their IT team caught it and changed it from the time I took the pictures to the time I got to the store that’s not my fault.False advertising is wrong and illegal. The manager advised they have a disclaimer at the bottom of the website. The disclaimer is one thing but I have pictures of the before and after clicking on it. That’s not a price change that is click bait! Again False advertising. I’m sure I am not the first or the last person to have gone through this with Home Depot.

Their installers came out and said they couldn't install the dishwasher because the hot water ran continuously. They had me sign something so they could get paid. Well never got it installed by home depot so wasted 129 dollars for nothing. Had to pay someone else who said there were no issues with the water.Seems like a scam service. They outsource to anyone.

Doesn't know how to manage inventory... This store doesn't manage their inventory properly... If you order something online there's a good chance they will wait until the day you are supposed to be delivered and they will just cancel your order with no additional clarification as to why.. so you don't have to deal with it, the "why" is that it isn't in stock regardless of what the online catalog says.

3rd time I have ordered material for Curbside pick up and had to cancel the order. This last time waited 20 minutes in the curbside area not another customer waiting and nothing. Go inside young kid alone says " I'm sorry, I'm trying to get a manager to me help because I'm all by myself but they haven't yet. It may be several more minutes" managers staff your stores properly!

Look. I get it. You're re-merchandising your store. I worked retail for 13 years, and I know how chaotic and stressful that can be. I came in late and was in a hurry, looking for a set of earbuds I had bought at the store before because they are some of the few decent and affordable earbuds I can find. It took several employees passing the buck to each other to find somebody who knew where they might be, and he tried his best looking around for them. Another employee thought they were somewhere else. In the end, no one knew, and I left empty-handed. I don't blame the employees, as they were trying their best. However, the deficit in organization and not having a system to account for it is still a problem — one that is solvable if the management has the will to do so.

Tons of parking in a great area with tons of shops around. Usually plenty of staff. Plenty of big items and very big items! I'll keep coming here for home improvement
