Went to this store to buy a bed. Ended up leaving with a bed, dresser, dining room table and chairs, and a living room set. Delilah was very helpful and attentive to my needs. She listened and took care of ensuring I got what I wanted and nothing less. If you go there, find Delilah. If she is busy you need to wait for her. The furniture arrived quickly, around 2 weeks as promised. The delivery crew was polite and took care to ensure everything was assembled neatly without damaging anything. There was one wooden chair damaged from shipping that the assembler showed me and called the store to notify them. The store manager ordered a new chair without question. The only negative comment I have is the store is so big; if you don't let them see you they can't help you. I would do business here again as long as it was through Delilah.

The store sells overpriced, poor quality, junk furniture; then will not honor their "warranty". I purchased a formal dining set (over $2200) on July 21, 2023. On September 4, 2023 I noticed on one of the armchairs the upholstery seam was coming apart and contacted the store. They asked for a photo, which I sent. The next day they told me that they had contacted the manufacturer and got a response that the seam coming apart (after 5 weeks) was not a manufacturer defect, so it was not under warranty. They gave me the name of an upholstery shop and/or suggested I purchase TWO more chairs, as they only come in pairs! This suggestion is laughable- WHY would I buy two more pieces of garbage furniture from THIS store? Then, they hypothesized; what appeared happened was that a pet had scratched the upholstery- OR perhaps the chair was rubbed against something to damage it. FINALLY, if it WAS a manufacturer defect I should have noticed it on the day of delivery. ALL bases covered to NOT repair or replace the chair! Congratulations HOME LIFE! PS- We do not have any pets. The chair has only ever been placed at the head of the table- never against any rough surface. We had ONE dinner at that table (formal dining) in the five weeks between purchase and the thing coming apart; the chair was sat in about 1 and 1/2 hours. RUN from this store- don't waste your money here.

Had a great experience today shopping for a new bedroom set. This place has great prices and lots of options. I worked with Joel and the entire process was smooth and quick. Can't wait for delivery!

My product is nonrefundable and I didn’t even realize that when I bought it!! I wish they would have mentioned that only because I did measure before I bought this sectional but it is way bigger than expected! The sectional is nice but I guess I am not even allowed to make changes to it, like making it smaller some how?? Yes I read after the fact that this was nonrefundable! I did text the sales person about measurements and I was told it was smaller than it is on one side which is not accurate, before I received my sectional. I have purchased from home life way back when it was on Manuel but this is a whole different company now. I don’t remember everything being final sale. In the future I would need to shop elsewhere if you can’t change your mind or make changes to an order. It’s sad to me that there is no working with the customer after money is exchanged.

Went in to look for a couch, I was approached by a friendly sales person, but after initially speaking she walked away nowhere to be found as we were walking around. I have been shopping for furniture for a few months and usually when I go the sales person who approaches me is always nearby in case I have questions. This was not the case here the store is quite big and I was searching all over for her and I ended up going to a different sales person asking if they had something in a different color. His response to me was it would be $50 more. That is not what I asked. The price was not my concern, the color was. It is very disheartening for him to respond in that way, as it felt I was being treated as if I was wasting their time. I was not dressed to the nines I had comfortable parents and crocs on so maybe this had a part to play in it.He didn’t offer to check he just said oh yeah, we do and walked away. I ended up going to more furniture upstairs from this one and bought the couch that I fell in love with at Hilife for a cheaper price too. I will not be back I will not be giving my business to to this store. Never discriminate on what someone’s wearing. You never know if they will be buying from you or not. My husband and I love the mirror there and the daybed they could have had two sales out of us instead they got none.

Worst experience ever. My daughter bought furniture with her boyfriend and my daughter paid for it. Two days later the boyfriend had her evicted. The furniture had not been delivered. My daughter, who is not a rich person (she used her tax return) went to the store to try to cancel the order and they told her next time make smarter relationship decisions. Please do not give them your business.

I had such a great experience I wasn't pressured to buy I love my pink chairs they were a great deal less expensive than other retailers in town the boss gave me such a g deal the delivery guys assembled everything and took the boxes

I hate leaving bad reviews but I am very disappointed in my experience. I bought a couch, they were very friendly and easy however I was told they had the couch in stock so it'll be delivered in 2 days ?they arrived, put it together and realized they didn't have all the pieces. They said they don't have the pieces in the store when they got back but they have a shipment coming Monday and they will call me. Monday, I called around 5:30pm because no one called me yet and they said they are still working on unloading the truck. I get nothing Tuesday. Today, i showed up wanting to know what's going on since i got no call again.. I was able to take the pieces with me cus I didnt want to deal with them coming and me taking off work. But the thing that bothers me the most is when I got home the cushion was so dirty lol it's so annoying. I just think it was very unprofessional to be told they have something and they really didn't, I have to bug them to get the pieces or get updates and when I get home it's so dirty oh well luckily I got a vacuum ?

Home life furniture has been wonderful! I have purchased furniture 4-5 times and each time they have been amazing!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Thank you Moe and the entire team for always taking such good care of us!!

If I could give zero stars I would Worse interaction I've ever had in my life. I placed an order and made a payment and was then robbed and never given my order. I was blocked from the number that was contacting me. The owner called and claimed that he had been hacked and needed another payment to be made in order for me to receive my order and continued to try and convince me that if I made a partial payment again, I'd have my full order but refused to come out face to face for the payment or for the actual order drop off. This place is a scam and I hope they get shut down.

I ordered some furniture on Monday after purchasing a new home went home and measured some walls and figured it was not gonna work out. So I called the next day to cancel they refused to cancel my order because they said the shipment was already on its way Wow. On Friday they said I’ll be getting part of the shipment there the rest will be coming in 4 to 5 weeks but yet they didn’t let me cancel it because they said it was on its way would never ever do business with them again they said the manager would get a hold of me it’s been two hours and I haven’t heard anything we’ll see how that goes and I’ll see how my furniture so I’ll be posting when I receive my furniture

I purchase a recliner from the on 7/9/22 it was a floor model and the assured me it had not been on the floor long. so the shrink wrapped the item without my inspection of the product When we got it home we placed in place and removed the shrink wrap to find a tear in the corner. I called and talked with owner and he told me that it is not their problem and the would no to anything about that. I told him we would return the chair. He told me he would not take it back. we were planning to buy a sofa set from them for over 7000.00 no no more. Please take your business to a bigger company like Ashley's or American Furniture as the always stand behind there products.

My favorite furniture store. Great prices and selection!!! I have had a great experience every time I have shopped there. I’m sure the pandemic has caused them challenges with getting items from the manufacturers as with so many other businesses. They did all they could plus more to get me my items as quick as possible and advised me of estimated timeframes to make me aware of wait time. Thank you HomeLife!!!!
