This place saved my life. When I was homeless I had nowhere to go as this day shelter gave me meals, clothes, showers, a place to go during the day and resources I needed to endure my time being homeless. The work they do is God's work and the people who work and volunteer here are heroes and angels. If it wasn't for them, the homeless situation in ABQ would be worse. Serve and see. And thanks to them I'm no longer homeless. Thank God for Hope works!

If I could post this on a billboard.
They don’t care about the people they help.
I was homeless for 2 years, and I was referred to them. I was informed that I had been approved for a voucher. 6 months later, and I still don’t have housing. Do not work with senina. She’s the one who likes to lie. I called her everyday then every week and now I’ve given up.

If I could give them a 0 I would my girlfriend is a client of those and she was dealing with an issue today which was kind of my fault and instead of hearing it all out they encourage her to leave and be outside they do not care about people just the money that they earn for having them as a crlint and the Dr their is the one to recommend something and the therapist is not being supported of it

I do appreciate the food given here the bathroom. But the process can be discouraging. I answer a bunch of questions then everyone who can help move on in this process is no longer working there. I don't want to sit in a bug ridden and no order shelter for years like some do. They need to get someone else who can do these assessments and move people into places. Or send us in some direction not all lost hanging out. Waiting for workers to show up.

HopeWorks is a fraudulent nonprofit organization, this place does not help anyone as a matter of fact, they take government funds that are meant for the homeless, and squander it on cars dinners and other non related personal pleasantries, the operative word here is embezzlement…
Not to mention the Chief of Staff Jessica Delgado, and her goons who likes to physically assault their employees, as I am the victim of Jessica’s latest assault, which I am sure she learned a great deal from, don’t put your hands on people, especially in Albuquerque, it won’t end well for you as I did not for her.
Jessica Delgado is a criminal and and reeks of bad boss vibes, Jessica suffers from what people call a God complex, she recently got promoted and it has gone to her head, but nobody’s is untouchable, especially when the government is involved. As for Jessicas goons, Vicky and Diane, I will also see all of you in court for assault, because you will not get away with violating my rights by physically assaulting me on the workplace.
And last but not least, The C.E.O. Leon, a person of color who watched one of his own be persecuted and embarrassed after he knew that I did nothing wrong. Also Leon is a cancer survivor, and he knows my husband has cancer and he still let the criminal known as Jessica Delgado fire me, shame on you Leon, apparently you leaned nothing from having cancer, because if you did, you would have never let this happen, shame on you Leon, you gave me your word that I would not receive any retaliation when I came to you, yet here I am jobless with a sick husband, shame on you Leon!.
Do not take any of your clients to HopeWorks, they will loose your paperwork not pay your rent, watch you get evicted and the spend all the government money on themselves.
Public service announcement, don’t take anyone to HopeWorks, they will not help you, hope does not work!.

Someone suggested this place to me. Tried reaching out to them but got no response. It would be nice to not be completely ignored. Left feeling even more worthless than before ?♀️ thanks, I guess.
