I don't shop at Hot Topic when I visit the mall, but my college daughter dragged me into one today and yes I will return. Shout out to Ty who also has something to do with me being a returning shopper and at this location. Ty went above and beyond, provided great customer and we left happy with our purchase! My daughter was at the mall this evening with a group of friends, chaperoned by another parent. An issue with one the kids occurred at a different store which freaked my daughter out. She went to Hot Topic (she said because the staff was friendly when she was in there earlier.) The employees at this store recognized immediately that she was not ok, helped her calm down to call me to pick her up. She is 12 and they showed her kindness and empathy, and helped her be ok. None of you had to do this, but the choice you made tonight was a pretty big deal for a kid who has some issues. Thank you for taking a moment to look out for my daughter. That is above and beyond for any employee and I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Ive never really had a bad experience here. Staff are friendly and helpful so long as you are patient when they are busy, they answer the questions they know the answers to as expected, and there is always a diverse clientele and fun vibe to the place. I can tell it is the kind of place that nothing bad happens as long as you are respectful, which it seems most are.

This is a great store however unless you want to be annoyed every second your in there, you might want to skip it. They will hound you like a dog.

I love the store, but the managers and workers are horrible. Horrible customer service, they are not of any help and even had the nerve to laugh at me on the phone. I hope Hot Topic can do better and hear better people.
