This place was so amazing! Honestly felt like I was in Mexico at a resort. The staff are so friendly and the food is so amazing at the rooftop.

We haven't stayed here yet. We went to the Hozho museum as we've donated and hadn't seen it yet. After going in we definitely will be staying here. The grounds and the outside area is so beautiful, the photos don't do it justice. We sat out there a bit getting our day plans together and it's just gorgeous. With a tea in hand it would have been perfect, so we'll definitely be staying here at some point. Super lovely

They deserve 0 stars-I encountered issues with inaccurate information from the front desk regarding room accommodations and unprofessional behavior from the general manager, Matthew.Despite selecting a room with a king bed and balcony, it was later revealed that the hotel could not accommodate the requested additional beds for my children. The subsequent room change was marred by complications, including an unopened sofa bed and a lack of proper sleeping arrangements for our children. This situation left us in room at 9:15 pm without dinner for our kids, no blankets or pillows, and an overall feeling of discomfort.I believe that the treatment we received was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable for any establishment in the hospitality industry. We experienced unnecessary inconvenience, discomfort, and a complete lack of customer service.I previously reached out to the hotel via email detailing the issues we faced during our stay. Unfortunately, I have not received any acknowledgment or response to date.

My husband and I love taking short trips from Las Cruces to Albuquerque. Staying at Hotel Chaco is one of the highlights of our trip. Love the aesthetic, Level 5 rooftop bar, their customer service and location right across the Sawmill Market. Easy access to highway and not far from our other fave local spot Los Poblanos!Rooms: Love the simple, modern design yet super cozy and comfortableWalkability: Sawmill market and shops nearbyFood & drinks: Old fashioned is delicious

Well good people, in the words of my Dallas Cowboys quarterback....Here we GOOOOOOO! Hotel Chaco is simply AMAZING!! The staff at check in was very friendly and greeted my wife and I with such warm smiles. My wife was given complimentary vouchers to use at the Spa which was done without asking =-) The rooftop bar provided a chillax atmosphere with bartenders and waitresses that seemed to know what we needed before we could ask.The view from our balcony suite was simply to die for. I'm from Texas so we don't have many mountains in Dallas area so waking up to such a view was incredible. I was in town on business so we utilized their conference rooms which was spacious and the staff catering food were very accommodating. If you are looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque, waist no time in booking here. If I could give it a 6th star I would. Great job management and staff!Rooms: Very spacious and state of the art. Lighting was superior and the room turndown service was more than extraordinary!

In a really nice neighborhood across from the Sawmill Market. Rooms were very spacious and clean and the private balcony was amazing. Their customer service staff seem very happy and nice. We actually ended up booking a room for our ride back home and cancelling our other booking because we loved this hotel so much. No complaints at all!

Stayed at Hotel Chaco while driving through Albuquerque. We have stayed in the North before and didn’t know what to expect. If you only have a day or half a day to explore this is the area. We picked the area based on the hotel and Hotel Chaco did not disappoint. The architecture was amazing, design details elegant and service excellent.Highly recommend the hotel and the general area for exploring. Old Town, Sawmill District Shops and Albuquerque Museum all within walking distance.

We came for new years my wife myself and 2 kids. when asked valet to bring car around to retrieve something was told he could give me keys and I could get myself or he could walk me to my car. When trying to get into level 5 bar they told us to go next door maybe to another hotels bar that wasnt even open. Later in night Victor from front desk aprached us and asked if we were even guests. why was no one else asked this thought night that was in lobby area where computers and chairs are for guests to use? We told him room number and that wasn't enough he called security. Security informed us that homeless people roam In and steal bottles once again it was my wife myself and 2 children we paid 600.00 to stay here to be treated in such ways. We ended night feeling unwelcome and even worse judged.

I can’t speak of the rooms as we were just dining at Level 5, but the food was beyond exceptional. Both the Chilean sea bass and the NY strip were amazing. A must visit if you’re in town.Food & drinks: I can’t speak of the rooms as we were just dining at Level 5, but the food was beyond exceptional. I had a lovely experience staying here. The highlight was definitely the customer service. From walking in the front door, the staff were lovely and immediately ready to help! There was some confusion with our booking and the two people I talked to about it (1) handled it and (2) made me feel like I didn't have to stress about it, an important thing that I rarely find these days. Thank you Hotel Chaco and your staff for being top notch.Rooms: The rooms are luxurious and on par with some of the nicer resorts that I had stayed in. Best night of sleep of the year, hands down.Nearby activities: Having spent a lot of time in Los Alamos and Sante Fe, I had been taught that Albuquerque was boring. This area proved me wrong! There was a surprising amount to do within walking distance. We had a short stay, so we only went across the street to Sawmill Market, but the food selection and quality there was world class.Food & drinks: Level 5 continued the trend of incredible customer service. We sat at the bar and had a great time discussing the menu, talking to the friendly staff, and eating the delicious food.Noteworthy details: The spa is lovely! We absolutely LOVED our couples massage and treatment. The complimentary tea was also delicious. Cannot recommend enough. Book your room with a spa credit, you will not be disappointed! Oh, and the Hotel Lobby is impressive and the architecture is beautiful.

When we arrived we tried finding the parking for the hotel. The parking is across the street or along side of the road . There is an eating establishment across the street called Sawmill Market . So All parking was taken. We drive up to the door of the hotel and the Valet was there because it being a weekend. He said Valet is Free . Okay but every time you want to come and go you have to call Valet. The next couple days Valet guy was inside talking to the Hotel front desk clerk or They were no where in sight so the clerk came out.Secondly, called room service for more towels and an hour and half later had to make another call.Thirdly, There are 3 bars at the hotel not One had a bar . We wanted to watch the college game and the NFL games and was told we’d have to go to a sports bar! That’s not good if you want to have a few drinks then drive ?? Made no sense at all. There are NO Vending machines anywhere to get drinks or snacks nor a coffee shop .Fourth, When they remodeled the hotel the sink in the bathroom is a Round tall bowl. So if you’re between 5 feet tall and 5’5 it makes it very difficult to wash up. See photo . Your arms are Always up high, the faucet is close to the bowl. Looks nice but not effective. See photo.Fifth, The cabinet to the refrigerator was off of one hing and had to tug it open.Sixth, we left early morning and I asked for my receipt, he couldn’t give me one.Look around at other places before deciding on this hotel. We will never stay there again.Noteworthy details: They definitely need to make some changes… I have 2 photos but can’t load them for proof .
