The office hours say 2pm to 7pm. I got here at 6:30pm. A lady was coming out. I asked if they were closed. I said I thought you were open to 7pm. She hurried to her car and raced off. She didn't say anything.

Bobby has to be the worst she cannot give me correct information to save her life and she was making me think I owed thousands to the IRS do not go back to this location. What a joke.

We just finished our tax return after getting an extension in April of this year. What a relief. I did my part and our preparer Joanna did hers! We worked with her to answer questions and provide our records so she could do what she knows best. Taxes! We thank you Joanna!

Do not recommend this H and R Block. I agreed to do an online approval and when I asked to see my return I was basically ignored. I was wondering why my taxes have not deposited in my bank account and when I looked at my returns I seen that it was deposited in the wrong account. Very unhappy with their services.

We worked with JoAnna Johnson and was dissatisfied with her service. She rarely responded to communications, leaving our document locked until 4/14, causing stress. We had to visit their office on the evening of 4/14 to release the document. Biggest disappointment was lack of email/phone support and leaving us in a limbo.

My husband and used H&R Block last to file our 2023 taxes (location at Coors Ave near Alameda Blvd, Abq). The process was quick and painless. Just make sure you bring all your documents in order so that the process can go smoothly. Fee for services is a bit expensive but at least you will have a professional handle things for you. I recommend.

Absolutely livid with this location. Set up an appointment, Was sent confirmation of appointment, just to show up today to the worker sucking his teeth and sighing because he had other things to do and there was no one else there to help me,Even though I had an appointment scheduled with them. He decides to tell me that I need to drive to another location that wasfarther out then I should have to drive. What is the point of having a scheduling service if you don't follow it?! Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time. Can't believe this is how you conduct your business.
