This business recently changed ownership and quality has declined. There are no longer employees on site and they have closed all the bathrooms and do not clean the bathrooms or anything. The facility is "remotely managed" from Colorado. I took all of my items out of this basically abandoned facility. No notice of these changes was given to current customers.

Out of all the places I have stored things (there have been many lol) ABQ North Storage is be far the best!! The staff is professional and friendly. From day one they were very accommodating to my storage needs. Should I need to store anything again I will absolutely be back! Thank you ABQ North Storage!

I learned of this place through a friend who also thought that this was a 5 star business. I have always found the personnel very helpful and I apprecieate that. My things have always remained secure at ABQ North Storage. The whole area is very clean, not just my storage unit. Thank you ABQ North Storage!

I am eternally satisfied with the level at which ABQ North Storage performs.Clean!Bright!Safe!Secure!The face of the company, Owen, is a vet in the customer Service department. The manager Owen was very friendly and helpful when I came to rent my unit with them. Facility is always very clean and quiet. Anytime I’ve needed anything they were able to help me out. ?? I would recommend this storage facility to others.It’s also a plus that I can access my unit 24hrs a day!

I was needing a storage for some things that we no longer need to keep at home, since we do not have any storage at our apartment. I was looking for a reasonable priced unit and stumbled into this place. It is located near where I live and loved how it has so much security. The owners and staff are very helpful and work with you to get a great unit. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone. We have not had any issues and I feel really comfortable leaving my stuff at this place.

I can always count on top-notch security and cleanliness at this facility. Owen has been as accommodating as he can be with minor problems we’ve encountered in our 1+ years stay. This NEW facility eliminates 100% of traditional concerns common to long-term storage of household goods. Plus, it’s cooler in the summer than we had predicted.
