Everything about this place is perfect, I almost don't want to leave a review just so the rooms are never overbooked!Staff is helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and more than accommodating if any issues arise with your room.Moreso than anything else, the rooms themselves are nice and clean, great A/C, great TV channel options, and perfect location for shopping.(Edit: We were able to view the room and inspect it seemingly as long as we needed to before paying for it. This made it easy to find the right room. I'm confident that if we ever had an issue with our room, we would be moved to another if available - awesome service here.)Nearby activities: Great shopping choices are nearby for long stays, including but not limited to Sam's Club and Costco.

Checked into the room. Observed dirty carpets broken blinds and things falling out the walls begin the tv. Upon checking out, I look at my babk account and see i was charged extra. Called the front desk to see what the charge was for and the lady has the nerve to tell me that I damaged the blinds in the room that were already damaged! I would not recomend this place to anybody! If i could give negative stars i would! This place needs to give people check list when checking in rooms so they can't charge people for things they didn't do. I told the front desk lady that and she hung up in my face! Lol this place us a joke. Should call the health department and complain about the conditions of that room i was in i know all the other ones look just as bad! -3⭐️

Needed an extended stay in Abq, used reviews online & picked this location. I picked a not-upgraded room to save a few bucks, as long as everything was working & my car was safe I would be happyFirst if you reserve online they have you pick the window of time that you plan to stay, but apparently that selection doesn't matter in anyway, you'll pay weekly up front & leave when you want. You then have to go physically checkin before they close for the evening, it's not like most places where you can checkin whenever & the office is always staffed, they have limited hours. This was described very clearly online. When you get there they have you go check the room before paying or checking in, so you know what you are getting. The room seemed fine: decent bed, working fridge, microwave, & cook top, table, a couple chairs, a tv, & most importantly: no bugsThe office is closed Sunday, & the day of the week that you start your stay is the day of the week that you pay for every subsequent week. What they don't explain until you checkin is that you have to come down to the office every week on that designated day & pay. They don't just put your card on file & make periodic charges during the course of your stay like most hotels do. What they DON'T tell you is that on the day you are supposed to go pay, you don't have the entire day that the office is open, you only have until 1200 that day. They only inform you of that when your 1st week is up & it is past noon, so they can charge you a late feeWhen I moved in & for the 1st few days the TV worked great. They had a decent amount of channels & there was nothing to complain about until the TV stopped working. After the TV didn't work for over a day, I went to the front desk & let them know it was no longer receiving channels. Like it turns on & the menus work, but there is no signal. They accused me of causing this, however I hadn't. I had turned it off & next time I turned it on, there were no channels. The person at the front desk let me know they would have someone come look at it in the next day or two. When they still hadn't done anything to fix it by the next time I paid, I reminded them of the TV not working, adding "I tried to do a channel search since there was no signal, but that didn't fix it" The front desk person about blew up at me, "It's still not working? you shouldn't have done that, that doesn't fix the issue, why are you messing with the tv you probably caused the problem in the 1st place etc". I told her I didn't know why it wasn't working, but since that is part of what I am paying for & they refused to fix it (her literally having blown it off) I was trying with what limited options I had to see if that resolved it. EVERYONE knows how to perform a channel scan on a TV, that shouldn't have broken anything, especially AFTER the TV was already not functioning. This time the clerk actually wrote something down, so I figured perhaps this time they would get someone to work on the TV. There was a guy remodeling a couple rooms & I was told he'd stop by to fix the tv at some point (spoiler: I was there for another couple weeks & he never did). I was able to use an HDMI jack on the tv with my phoneThey give you a specific day every week where the maid will come in & do a cursory cleaning of the room. Basically they take the trash out & do a quick vacuum. Toiletries are up to you. Weirdly though if you are in the room when they come to do that they make you step outside & wait awkwardly for 5-10 minutes, even if you are packing up to checkoutPlace is in a good location & isn't the shadiest extended stay place out there. Their Wifi is more complex than most hotels (not designed for mobile devices) but eventually can be setupIn the end the place serves its purpose & my life was not made worse by staying here, but the service is very lacking. I believe there is black mold in that room. The odor was unbearable after a few hours.I rented a room for the week of the balloon fiesta in Albuquerque to have a place to escape our balloon fiesta company. Before completing registration, they asked me to go out at view the room. It is an old room but it looked relatively clean. I smelled an odor, but chalked it up to it being an old room. We did not spend the first night in the room. Our company arrived today, so we went out and planned to spend the first night in the room. We were in there for 3 hours and the odor got progressively worse. Taking a closer look at the ceiling it appeared that black spots are painted over. We pulled the bedding back and there are black spots on the mattress. I believe there is black mold in that room. We could not spend anymore time in there. The smell was unbearable after being in there for an extended time. I requested a refund and was denied.I know I signed documents, but this is beyond reasonableness. I am contacting the better business bureau and any other organization that will listen to me. We took photos of the bed and I am posting those as wellI will dispute the credit card charge as well.Rooms: I believe there is black mold in that room. The odor was unbearable after a few hours.

I stayed in the the one in Albuquerque NM it had roaches the room was so dirty it looked as if it had never been cleaned the carpet stunk the vent in the bathroom was covered completely with wall paper. In my second day I voiced my concerns to the assistant manager Annika instead of addressing the issues and looking at the pictures I took she pushed my phone away and accused me and my son of dirtying the room and stated “your insulting my stafff” I send pictures to corporate they told me to address it with the supervisor!! The laundry room had five washers, only 2 worked! I was there 1 month and they were never fixed!!! It’s sad that I payed $1600 to stay in a filthy room all I was a $$$ sign. No follow up so sad

I stayed at the Inntown Suites in Albuquerque New Mexico right across from top golf. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel for six months. I am a traveling welder for the union, and I could not have picked a better hotel for me to stay. I love the concrete balconies you get to walk down to enter your room, also, you never have to go in a lobby And walk down a long dark hallway to get to your room. My upgraded room was very elegant and nice and clean. The staff was always going out of their way to say hey and Mr. Miller do you need anything. Jamie and Annika the managers were absolutely amazing. I definitely urge everyone to stay here if they are going through or having a lengthy stay. Inntown Suites in Albuquerque New Mexico, is the place to stay.

The employees where fantastic maintenance man was helpful and receptionist was great the upper management need to spend some money on updating the rooms they need grounds crew to clean up the dog do in the condition the rooms are there over charging but it's a place to stay in the hour of

Rude and racist staff. The general manager doesn't care. They're also criminals who will steal from you if given the opportunity. After driving 5 hours in tripple didget heat with no AC, my 4 year old grandbaby, and my injured daughter I was told I couldn't be booked because my daughter only had virtual I.D. we did become quite angry. As the clerk found it amusing that we had no where else to go. The staff lied and charged me as a no call no show knowing full well I tried to check in. 59 dollars for a night I never stayed on s reservation they canceled. We slept in a hot car and were unable to rent another room because of their fraudulent charges. General manager is no help. Still haven't received the stolen money back.

I would give it no stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Roaches everywhere. We tried to check out after one night and they wouldn't refund our payment for the week. I would NEVER stay at this property again.
