Easy to move money around with them; bill payer service is great, and although they only have one office in Albuquerque, it's centrally located and the folks there are always friendly and helpful. My account's always been online and self-directed, but if you have questions or need advice, it's always available at the office without an appointment. If you want to do investment banking, in addition to checking and savings, that's available, too.”
