Great gym, friendly staff, great atmosphere, great equipment. I came here to take training more seriously and was helped with a trainer to get me started on the right track for a fair price. One of the best decisions I’ve made this year and I am excited to workout every time.

Great no frills power lifting gym. I do two hours here 5 days a week and had zero issues so far. I once forgot to rack some plates and someone politely asked me to Re rack and that was that. Better than the other gyms I’ve tried.

We are a 24 hour facility for our members. We are staffed for guests and sign-ups Monday through Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday from 9am-5pm.
We are Albuquerque's premier powerlifting and strength training facility. We are well equipped to train in powerlifting, strongman, olympic lifting, body building, and general strength training. No other gym in town is better equipped to make you strong!
At Iron Soul Gym, we know the problems with serious lifting at other gyms. We encourage you to use chalk and make noise. We want you to deadlift! Our facilities are always clean and our equipment is well maintained at all times.
