My husband bought me a ring mid November it was supposed to be my Christmas present. The people at Jc Pennys sent it out to be sized and it took almost a month to get the ring back. It was sized to a size 10 my finger is an 8.5, so they sent it back out and we still hadn't heard from them. My husband called and they cannot locate the ring. I have tried to call a few times myself and nobody answers the phone. At this point I'm so over it that I don't think I even want the ring anymore.

I bought a mattress on promotion where I opened up a store card. The deal was 0 interest for 24 months. I started getting charged full interest the first month. I will finish paying this off, cut up the card and never shop at JCPenny again. 1 star because I can't give them 0.
Edit: my response to your reply. I didn't break this. Your people did. If you want to retain me as a customer, you will take the helm and fix this. I'm not wasting any of my time getting frustrated on hours-long phone calls because you won't take responsibility. If you don't, then again, I will pay my debt, cut up my card, and be done with JCPenny forever.

I always shop at JCPenney. Today I witnessed the sales associate being rude to other customers. David was his name. I witness rude people all over unfortunately- it’s the new norm. It’s called costumer service for a reason- just my opinion

We went to buy wedding rings and the woman who "helped" us was SO rude. We asked to measure for the correct ring size and she basically threw the thing at us and said, "Here you do it. I'm not going to..." I'm assuming she was going to say "help you" because she then walked away and didn't come back to help us. I was ready to purchase a ring now that I had my ring size and style chosen but decided not to deal with the rude woman (who never even offered to help us after I found my ring size.) Needless to say, we went to an actual jeweler where I found a beautiful ring with much better service.

Made an appt. for highlights/bayalage. Get to the 3:00pm appt. and the appt. was for an Oloplex?? Hairstylist could not do highlights. So, i asked if anyone else could do highlights but nobody could do it.
Please do better JcPenney's!!

Mattress topper on sale for $55. (I am omitting the cents) While trying to check out the price charged is $126. While trying to contact customer service, the price jumps to $76 and yet I'm still being charged full price. After applying the coupon code, I am paying much more than the advertised price. I'm cutting up my card.
